Disgusted that you advertise one item, yet deliver me a different item. 2 USB-A, 1 micro USB, 1 USB-C is what I was meant to receive in my order of 5 powerbanks! Yet they turn up, ALL of them! With 2 USB-A and 1 USB-C. Tired of false advertising and companies that seem to think it's all good and dandy

What a great customer service team
What a great customer service team. I was sat watching the tv whilst charging my I pad only to have smoke pouring out of it. My cable was only 7months old and I didn’t realise I had to register it as it was covered up with the yellow barcode. I had the receipt . Contacted the service team and a new cable was sent immediately . Thank you so much Marinela.

I made a comment on here about how i was unhappy with my product and the company has sent me through a replacement where the issue i had no longer exists. I highly appreciate and reccomend this retailer

Failure after two year of minimal use.
I bought two Juice Power banks when we were to go camping.
Used them on and off over a the period of a couple of years, usually on long weekends or holidays away.
When I pulled them out this year, they had both cracked open, the batteries having swollen considerably.
Juice customer support advised that as they are out of the one year warrantee period, they will do nothing.
When I asked if they were only rated for 1 years use then, I was fobbed off with a line that all batteries have a life span, and while I appreciate this, 2 years for a power bank seems to be a short life span.

Dangerous fire hazard.
If i could leave a 0 star review i would. Spent £80 from the juice website on 2 x 20,000ma battery boosters. Both failed the first time using them with the second nearly causing a serious fire in a hotel room. Im contacting citizens regarding this company, I have never found the need to do this ever. Terrible products and terrible customer service. No different to the cheap dangerous chinese rubbish on ebay, apart from 4x the price. Avoid juice, not only are they bad quality, they are a fire hazard, I found this out first hand.

I was sent a faulty device
I was sent a faulty device, it only charged my phone once before running out. I emailed customer services twice to get a resolve. By the 4th email I am getting AI responses. Waste of money.
