À fuir absolument,article jamais reçu ,ne répond pas aux mails ,en gros une belle arnaque !! Fuez,je suis tombée dans la panneau et aucun recours possible

Absolut schlechte Qualität für den Preis. SHEIN hat bessere Qualität. Weder die Größen, noch die Form haben gut gepasst. Ich habe leider nicht gesehen, dass es aus China kommt und daher eine Rücksendung 50€ kostet. Ich wollte eigentlich nichts behalten, aber der Aufwand für eine Rücksendung ist zu hoch. Somit fehlen mir jetzt leider 100€.
Ewig mit Julalova diskutiert, um überhaupt mal eine Adresse für eine ggf. Rücksendung zu erhalten.
Nie wieder kaufe ich hier ein!!!!

Hace dos meses hice un pedido, he estado escribiendo y las respuestas no son agradables, el tracking que envía no se actualiza y para rematar no hacen devolución de dinero!

Tratan al cliente muy mal y no brindan una buena solución.

Mi peor experiencia… hice un pedido a esta página y además que se tarda muchísimo en llegar ( ya casi lo había dado por perdido) no me sirvió y lo quise devolver y después de varios intentos de querer comunicarme con Customer Service (porque vale destacar que esta “tienda “ no tiene un sistema de “Returns” como otras tiendas online) nunca te responden… y por último después de varios intentos me pedían $70 por el costo del Return…. En fin una burla, un verdadero Scam…
Por favor no compren nada aquí.

Runn, don't buy from this site, no returns allowed, very Horrible quality, no single tag on the dress

I ordered a dress that was too big for me and I wanted to return it, but they suggested to keep the dress and give me 15% off on my next order, otherwise I would have to pay high shipping costs. And they don't cover return shipping and taxes

SCAM - cheap material to an extent that it can’t be worn!

The items pictures displayed are deciving and complete different from what u will receive. Shipping takes long time and very expensive!

Total SCAM !!! Cheap material, I would say Shein is 1000 0000 times better than this 💩. DO NOT FALL for the advertisement on instagram or anywhere you see their videos/posts PLUS the jewelry never arrived that I purchased ( probably they couldn't make as cheap as the clothes). My order was around 120 dollars for 3 sets clothes and foot bracelet. The clothes that I got are not worthy $10 together.I would post pictures but the option it's not available.

I ordered this about 3 weeks ago and it came in the mail. Fabric looked cheap and the design just felt off. I decided to give it a try anyways. I am 5’5, weight 160 lbs and always wear a small/medium in US clothes. So I bought a medium. The skirt couldn’t get past my thighs and the top got stuck near my neck! Their website sends you on a wild goose chase if you try to return or exchange products. I eventually figured out how to email them to say I wanted a refund. I have gotten the king of run-arounds with these scammers. First, they threatened that return shipping would be ~$70. I called bulshit and said I still wanted to return the item. Then they said give the clothes to a friend or family and buy a larger size for slightly cheaper. Like…. What???? I told them I bought it for me, and it was in poor taste to try and scam their customers. I told them I would be leaving this review everywhere. EVERYWHERE!!!

PS: these online pop up stores always block people who leave negative reviews. So please copy and repost here so others can read!

Julalova is a total scam!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM and don’t fall for the glamorous pictures. Ordered couple of dresses, one of them came with a broken zipper that I couldn’t even try on, the other one was supposed to be a Midi mat dress, instead I received a shiny Macy dress and the bikini bottom belt is waaaaayyy to big that you can’t even wear!! I wish I could upload the pictures so everyone could see.

Zero return policy!
Don’t trust the return policy on their website.
Even I didn’t get a refund on the missing item!!!!!!!
the products quality is a joke

zero return policy they offer a small percentage back and you have to keep them. The clothes are nothing like what they advertise. They basically show nice quality materials on insta but you get sent very poor quality copies

El servicio es pesimo.
En su pagina dice que tiene posibildiad de cambio o devolucion pero no es asi.
Te hacen quedarte con el articulo aun quedandote grande.
Por otro lado, hace un mes que hice el pedido con tres articulos y solo he recibido uno de ellos y de los otros dos articulos no tengo noticias. Les reclamo informacion sobre ello y no me dan respuestas claras. Solo que me mantenga a la espera, cuando llevo mas de un mes esperando. Ni siquiera he recibido el correo del que los articulos han salido del almacen.
No volvere a comprar aqui nunca mas.

This company is a fraud. It’s been 2 months since I placed my order and I have yet to reive my order. After a month I reached out to customer service for status and they never responded - not even to today (2 months later). I asked for a refund and they never responded. Beware. The good reviews have to be their friends, family and/or PAID people to give reviews. No way this joke of a business is real! I reached out to my bank to report them as fraudulent. That they are!

They have false advertisement of their products. Their return policy is terrible. I have requested to return my items and get my full refund but they just continue to give the run around and trying to convince to just keep clothing items that are too small for me.

Nada que llega mi pedido pagué mucho dinero por unas prendas desde casi un mes y no me ha llegado nada 👎
