Mon expérience, J’ai commandé 11 matin à 3h. Ma commande a été validée très rapidement et envoyée très rapidement. Cela m`a permis de recommander quelques jours plus tard pour d`autres articles.

A fuir ce sont des voleurs si l’article ne vous convient pas ils vous remboursent un faible pourcentage et un coupon pour racheter un autre article. Les vêtements ne sont pas de bonne qualité et ils ne respectent leur politique de remboursement

À FUIR !!! J’ai commandé le 4 avril 3 articles et ils viennent juste de m’en envoyer 1 sur les 3. Je leur demande d’être remboursée des deux autres parce que je ne les recevrais pas avant mon événement à la fin du mois et ils m’ont proposé un coupon de 5$.

Es una ESTAFA. La talla del mono que compré no me estaba bien. Me han dicho q la devolución es en China y los costes son altos. Que es mejor que me quede la ropa y la lleve a arreglar. Son unos ESTAFADORES. Si lo sé ko compro nada. 40 euros a la basura.

I ordered three items and received notification that they were “delivered “ I didn’t get the items so I contacted customer support And keep getting automated responses with ax tracking number that is not valid.. This company is a fraud and I’ll never try to purchase from them again.. I’m contacting my credit card company

I bought two sets on February 19, 2024. Last week, I received one, but the other one in Order ID 1873003624996615 never arrived at my home. I have written a lot of emails asking for my things, and today, I have no solution. I feel like they stole me—terrible service.

Hoped this would be a successful purchase. However, it was the opposite. Takes over a month and half to recive the items and even that was in 2 separate deliveries. Customer service sends you an auto prefilled reply basically saying be patient. Items are of subpar quality. Nothing as pictured. Waste of time and waste of money

If I can give no stars I would. The material was not as expected. Sizing was not right. I had for a refund and I would return the products. They are negotiating my return! My order was 103$ they want to give me back 7$, then they emailed back saying 20$ and now it’s 30$ refund. This company is ridiculous. If you can refund with customer satisfaction, don’t have a company at all!

Please be advised not to make any purchases from this particular website. Although they claim that you can return items within 30 days, there is no mention of the fact that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. I have been trying to contact them via email for the past three weeks, but all they keep doing is apologizing and insisting that I send back the item at my own expense.

Honestly, it was easy to get a hold of their customer service people, I approached them to get the tracking number they gave it to me the same day

It didn't end well, I didn't get my money but they said they would resend me the product as it wasn't my fault that my parcel got lost by the courier.

Delivery was slow, but the dress is beautiful.

Various occasion outfits are available on the website. There's a tiny sizing problem on it, which gives me an uneasy appearance.

This site caused me some problems, but in the end they gave me a great solution. I think their customer service is very good and they solve problems very fast!

Dishonest company. All reviews say they don’t ship the product & take your money, then you see a recent sprinkling of good reviews to try and save face, no doubt planted by the company itself. Look at the wording in the positive reviews, no one speaks like that on a review. This company must think the consumers are dumb. They can’t keep up with the amount of bad reviews about them.Trying to post false good reviews to makeup for the fact that the company is a scam to steal your money is dishonest. I hope their site gets shut down so no one else becomes a victim.

This is a very true-to-size set with a new style and soft, comfortable fabric that is very stylish and goodess-like to wear.
