This site is a TOTAL FRAUD AND SCAMMERS I ordered a set and paid via PayPal and after 2 months of writing to “customer assistants” they told me that they couldn’t find my order paid😡 when they have the receipt that I provided. Don’t buy from this site. They also use other names like pelilys. I paid $61 dollars and haven’t receive the order. I’m talking to my credit card provider and they are making an investigation.

This is unacceptable! Do not buy from this site. I’ve been trying to contact them for almost two months now, Julalova have taken my money but I haven't recieved my items. Company has NOT replied to my emails and NO phone number is provided! It’s a scam company.

Zero and untrustworthy. I have ordered an item from them two months ago and till today I have not received it.

They took my money and never delivered.

DO NOT buy from this site. There is no mention that customer pays for returns within 30 days, but it does say you can return within 30 days. I've been contacting them via email for 3 weeks and they only reply stating they are sorry and I can ship back at my cost. There is no phone number and email replies are automated. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered 2 dresses for my daughter , supposed to be for Christmas. Here it is Feb13. They said they sent it out in early December , their tracking system is the worst thing I’ve ever seen, useless. They said 5hey tried to deliver to me but they said “ my address is undeliverable” they said my address doesn’t exist, delivery driver couldn’t deliver. Have lived at my house for 23 years and ALL delivery companies deliver here. I don’t know what company they use, I asked but they wouldn’t tell me. I keep asking for a refund but they are ignoring me now. I don’t think they ever tried to deliver, it’s a scam. I’m out $75. Terrible customer service!

Do not buy from this site. I’ve been trying to contact them for two weeks to return something. They will not reply and they have no phone number. It’s a scam company.

Well the customer service was actually really helpful to me, I have to say. After reading these reviews I really thought I would be scammed, but they pushed through 2 requests that I had, responded in good time, multiple times, and I got the end result l was looking for. I am pretty certain they are based in China, explaining delay in shipping and lack of UK presence.

Idid the order a month ago, I didn’t get the package, because I had a mistake in the address, after placed the order I tried fix it, but i can’t do, anyway I never got a tracking number,

Am meistens die geoße passen nicht . Beim zurückschicken muss man 5Mals mehr bezahlen . Eigentlich kann man gar nicht die zurückschicken .

Lamento tanto no haber leído antes esta página. Es estafa no contestan !!! Y pague por paypal !!! No entregan el pedido ni responden te quitan el dinero. Todos a denunciar la cuenta

Buen día, tengo más de un mes esperando el pedido, adicionalmente no hay un WhatsApp o algotro tipo de comunicación con ellos para saber el estado del pedido.

It’s been over a month and I have never received a product. It’s shameful how they scam people. The order was purchased in November and I still have not received it. It seemed to be stuck and not moving for three weeks. Someone please shut this website down.

Happy with this company the service and supplements have been excellent

Took 3 weeks for my order to arrive and the quality was horrendous! The pattern looks cheap, it does not fit well and has no shape. Looks nothing like the photo. Please do not buy!
I also emailed countless times about getting a refund with no response. DO NOT BUY
