Bonjour,
Moi aussi j'ai passé une commande (gazinière) pour ma mère .chose que je re pas dur faire la gazinière est est arrivée avec des pièces manquantes,une gazinière a 4 feux dont deux feux 🔥 sont inutilisables. Bref j'ai demandé retour de de colis et je ramène le colis en agence plus précisément agence Jumia de bongouanou. Cependant il refuse de prendre la gazinière sous prétexte que l'emballage est abîmé sachant bien que ce sont t'eux même qui ont abîmé cela dans les transports avant Son arrivé et donc pour cela il veut pas la reprendre.

J'ai ensuite appelé a la direction, demander une autorisation de retour, envoyé même des photos de l'emballage en appui rien d'après leur équipe les résultats dans ces conditions c'est dans 48h. Sauf que ça fait plus d'une semaine que j'ai fait la demande et toujours rien.
La gazinière ma coûté 120000franc CFA.

Franchement je suis très déçu de ce qu'ils font pour une simple emballage endommagé par eux même en plus,il refuse de reprendre mon colis.

La raison pour la quelle nous avançons pas dans ce que nous faisons c'est a cause de tout ça .

En France quand tu passes une commande sur Amazon ou autre et que tu reçois le colis mais ne te convient pas tu le retourner dans son emballage d'origine peut importe l'état il la reprendre et te rembourse dans le temps car pour c'est le contenu qui compte et non son emballage.

Vraiment piff Jumia vous me decever.

Pour ceux qui compte passer des commandes sur Jumia je vous le déconseille.

Personnellement plus jamais je dit bien plus jamais je vais passer commande encore sur Jumia.

Extremely rude company. I have been trying to order a USB cable for weeks, but every time Jumia refuses to deliver it, even though I have paid in advance. After being canceled many times, I placed a new order that would be delivered the next day, of course this took longer. I finally received my order, guess what? Only 1 cable was delivered instead of the two I paid for, I only received 1. This happens very often with Jumia, you pay for multiple items and then deliver less. You have a problem with that. You can try to call, this will certainly take hours or you can contact the chat, which will take at least an hour and you will be constantly lied to by a bunch of rude employees. Now I have to send my cable back to Jumia and cancel the order. What do you think they refuse to take back the order? I have now paid UGX 62000 for a USB cable. Whatever happened to me that I ordered a phone and paid for it, they send a phone that is UGX 400000 cheaper, a different type. This was also a drama to get your money back. Placing an order with Jumia is like a lottery, you only have a small chance of getting the right item and Jumia not doing its job is the problem for the customer

Je ne recommande pas jumia! Ils ont annulé ma commande car il n'arrivait pas à me joindre au téléphone samedi. Alors que sur le site ils m'ont dit qu'ils allaient me livrer lundi, j'ai quand même rappelé samedi mais pas joignable. Ils me rappellent ce matin je ne réponds pas car je ne suis pas avec le téléphone et ils me disent que c'est annulé. Comme vous envoyez un email pour dire que c'est annulé faites de même pour nous dire qu'on ne répond pas au téléphone!

I am not sure I will buy anything on Jumia anymore. non of the issues I encounter with my purchased had been resolved. Even the laptop sold to me have no serial number and it could not be resolved up till today. I am highly dissapointed

Je suis en Côte d'Ivoire, où nous "bénéficions" d'un "Amazon" local, Jumia.ci, tel est son nom, qui malheureusement est loin d'avoir la même éthique que le géant américain.
En effet, j'ai acquis une gazinière basique à prix promotionnel. Cette dernière demandait un montage des pieds non montés à la livraison. Lorsque j'ai mis les mains dans la zone des pieds, une tôle de protection du bas du four s'est avérée hyper dangereuse, car non ébavurée, et évidemment, je me suis coupé profondément la main gauche, coupure qui a nécessité des points de suture. Bien sûr, j'ai immédiatement averti le siège de Jumia ci, estimant qu'il fallait retirer ce produit dangereux de la vente, et leur ai réclamé une juste indemnité. Tout ceci a eu lieu à la mi mars 2024.
Qu'en est il aujourd'hui, fin mai 2024?
Jumia, malgré beaucoup d'appels miens, m'a totalement ignoré, et, mieux, le produit dangereux est toujours en vente sur leur site. C'est une grave irresponsabilité.
Je vous demande à tous, pour remettre Jumia sur les rails de la responsabilité, civile et pénale, de boycotter cette entreprise, jusqu'à ce qu'ils deviennent à nouveau responsables de leurs actes.
Je publierai régulièrement des textes à leur sujet, jusqu'à ce que leur prise de conscience soit effective.

Les agents qui travaillent vraiment c est deblorable ils ne te laisse même pas aller au bout de ta préoccupation cela ne me donne plus envie de commander quelque chose a jumia😡😡

Poor online shopping site. They are scammer in disguise: no good customer support services, no refund system, this is a scam site.
Details: on 29th November 2023, I ordered a phone p40 itel. And I paid using my card #61260. And order number: 1875623992.
After a while jumia cancelled the order. I called jumia to find out the reason of cancellation. They asked me to screen shot my evidence of payment,so I did . They said they have seen it and refund would take 7 business days . After 7 business days, I reached jumia and I was asked to send commercial bank account on call and in email , so I did . They gave me another 7 business days and a date to be 8/01/2024. After that date I called they said 'sry we have escalated the matter and I should wait 24 to 48hours' from that day that quote becomes their response till date of writing this review on 15/01/2024. Becareful with jumia.com everybody. Thanks

Jumia.com stands out as one of the worst online shopping platforms known to people. Here’s why: I placed an order for a generator worth almost 1 million Naira. Initially, I received an order confirmation along with a delivery timeframe. However, the trouble started when I received a notification that my order had been shipped, yet the tracking remained stuck at one location on the map. Eventually, it vanished, displaying a 'tracking not found' message.

My expected delivery day passed without any sign of the order. Frustrated, I contacted their live agent, which took an hour to connect. Wasting my entire morning, I had to guide the agent on how to check my order status within their system. Shockingly, I was informed that the delivery date was postponed by a week, without any prior notification.

At this point, my confidence in Jumia's ability to deliver orders has plummeted. I’m uncertain whether I’ll ever receive my order. Jumia appears unreliable, and I’ve lost trust in using their site for any future purchases.

Jumia morocco allows supplement counterfeit criminals to sell on their platform!!!! Ive made many reclamations about vitamin d3 ,Propolis, gold c california gold nutrition and Mdg brands being faked and selled to people. They simply ignore my requests and let this criminal store that sells them open. Worse customer service ever!!!
Be aware moroccans fellows the criminial shop name is para cosmo and maybe there are others since the platform is endorsing them!!!

If it was possible to give a zero star rating, I would have definitely done so. Jumia Kenya advertised a Samsung Galaxy phone, alleged to have single line and eSim capability. I ordered the phone, and realised during installation that it doesn't have SIM Manager, a key function to allow eSim plan to be added. I complained to Jumia Kenya and what they did was to refuse refunding me, claiming the phone doesn't come with eSim capability inbuilt. I returned the phone to them a second time, and they refused it again, and threatened that I will forfeit the phone if I don't collect it back from them. I'm gutted and utterly disappointed at Jumia, a once promising e-commerce platform now more of conmen than ever before.

Not as bad as projected in our country. It is shocking to see so many bad reviews. It's almost as if it is paid for lol. We have had a few disappointments with Jumia but they always try to right their wrongs. We have had disappointments with Amazon, AliExpress and eBay in the past too but we don't see such bad reviews about them.

Most of our recent purchases are from Jumia and we are satisfied with their service and they have improved over time yet there is always room for improvement.

These other reviews are so shocking, we still can't believe them. In fact we have doubt that they're talking about the same Jumia that we know. Perhaps the ones in those countries are bad but the ones here are quite effective.
