So need to assume that the whole company is a scam

Ordered stuff on the 25 August
2020,no response on emails or communication about delivery, I think I've been scammed. Plus there's no contact number to call them.

This is a scam.Website looks legit but PLEASE DONT BUY!!!!

It was a fair amount of work to search for parts via the model of the mobile phone. The search filters need a bit of work. They still showed iPhone and other non mobile supplies while filters were set on "Galaxy", "G935F" "ear speaker", "relevance" etc making one wade through a few pages of unrelated items before finding the item searched for. Lastly the list of parts for same models seems incomplete, e.g. One can find only black and grey G965F S9 Plus screen and frame combo, but not back glass of the same colour, or mid frame in purple but not front glass assemblies or rear glass in the same colour. Also one can not tell if its the original manufacturer part, there are several HD photos to set the mind at ease but it would still be nice to match a part number or two against that being replaced. Other than that, the sale specials are reasonable, and the added coupon discount advertised on the search pages is a nice touch. Checkout was done with Payfast, no issues there smooth as silk. Finally, it's going to take 2 to 3 days before one even gets shipping information, thereafter another 5 to 10 working days for goods to be delivered. It seems i will have to wait 3 weeks to see if what i ordered is genuine and actually will fit. Devler.

Only issue I had was my zapper asking me for my banking PIN. It's never done that with any other transaction, so seemed a bit dodge.

Worst online shopping experience EVER. i bought an item begining of August and i never received this item.

3 rating is for the technical names that are not easy for consumer. eg I need to purchase a Samsung front glass, non of the descriptive names came up with front glass or screen, instead LCD touch pad or LCD display . It makes it difficult to quickly choose and be done with it. Also customers need a 3d view of items so I can see if it's the correct thing, specially on cell phones replacements.

Jumocart experience has been seamless from finding to buying the products I have purchased. As a first time Jumocart buyer I would have appreciated a coupon offer or an incentive such as free shipping as my purchase was over R500 similar to how Takealot or other local online shops work.

I will have to give it 100% online hustle free,everything simplest like go the atm machine.

For a first time user it was not such a bad experience...I must just say that I had to go in and out about three times before I finally got it right for the payment to be succesful.I am just now hoping and praying that I get y order.

Excellent customer service with Jumocart,I placed an order at 7:49pm and before placing my order sent a watsapp and received instant feedback which helped me locate the products I was looking for.

It was easy to make an order, now I will be waiting for my for it
