The dinosaurs look like they need to go…
The dinosaurs look like they need to go back into extinction. Certainly not what was advertised in their images. TV sets at FULL VOLUME stationed at each dinosaur, along with the dinosaur audio made for an extremely loud experience. The quest pack gift package included two toys that had sound features, but unfortunately the batteries were dead.
Disappointing
Brought my 7 year old grandson in West Palm Beach today, but this unfortunately was better for toddlers. Should have listed age specifics.
The displays look nothing like the images and weren’t very convincing.
The game/ride area was the big let down. Nothing much for a 7 year old that we paid a premium for a special ticket that gave him access to nothing of much interest beyond toddlers.
Over priced and disappointing.
Trash
Literally felt like I was scammed. I brought my 1.5 and 3 year old and can honestly say I would not recommend this to ANYONE. Save your money.
Disappointing
Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, especially considering the price. We paid approximately $150 for 1 adult and two children, and it simply wasn’t worth it.
The biggest issue was the organization. We waited about an hour just to get inside, and once we entered, it was extremely overcrowded. It felt like far more tickets had been sold than the venue could comfortably accommodate.
With young children, the experience became stressful rather than enjoyable. The barriers around the dinosaur displays were unstable and constantly attracted children who wanted to climb on them, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the exhibit.
The dinosaurs themselves were nice (some of them had broken parts), but the overcrowding and long wait overshadowed the entire experience. Better crowd management and timed entry would have made a huge difference. We would also have loved to be told in advance that our children needed SOCKS to play in the inflatable games. It’s summer time and they both had sandals… To be refused the entrance was disappointing for both of them.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend it at this price.
It was terrible!
It was terrible. Most of the animatronics were not working. Most of the dinosaurs were ripped/torn and faded. The rides were sad. Most kids under 5 won't know the difference but parents will definitely feel ripped off. All the stations were old and faded or unclean. The store had over priced Temu items. It was just old dirty and torn half working foam dinosaurs. For the price you would think they would fix or repaint some things. The raptor training costume looked like the raptor had a kink in his neck. Just pathetic.
Massively overcrowded. No organization.
Their website advertises that the event will not be overcrowded, but will be low stress. The tickets you purchase are for a specific window, presumably so they can manage this. We showed up to the event in Vancouver, WA and we're met with a line of cars that was at least a mile long. Just to get into the parking lot of a county fairgrounds, which has a lot of parking. No signs saying the line was for their event, and no one would answer the phone. Left after waiting 45 minutes in line. Does no one know how to organize such things anymore?
Above and Beyond for Special-Needs Families!
Jurassic Quest absolutely exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to accommodate our family, especially our kids with special needs. We loved that they offered a sensory hour designed specifically for children with special needs. It made the experience so much more accessible and enjoyable for our family. The staff were patient, understanding, and attentive, making sure every child could fully enjoy the experience in a way that worked for them.
The exhibits and interactions were incredible, and the kids had an absolute blast!!! laughing, exploring, and being completely engaged the entire time. It’s rare to find an event that is both fun and thoughtfully inclusive, and Jurassic Quest truly nails it.
A huge thank you to the entire staff and team for your dedication, care, and for making this such a special experience for families like ours.
If you’re looking for a family-friendly adventure that genuinely meets the needs of all kids, this is it. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

This was complete CHAOS
This was complete CHAOS. The space was way too small to hold all the amount of people that were there. The animals looked worn and unkept. Everything was just mashed together. Could tell which line was which. Very unorganized. The thought was great but the execution was HORRID.
Smaller then before and not worth the $$$$
I took my 9 yo son to the Dallas show today as a long awaited Christmas present. We had gone around 3-4 years ago, and he LOVED it. Sadly, today’s experience wasn’t even close. It felt like it was all about how much more they could get you to spend today.
First, the entire experience has been cut in half. What was once spread out over two large buildings on the fairgrounds, has been condensed into one building with lots of extra space. They no longer have the large archway with the logo to take picture with at the intro. The building full of displays of dinos with informational placards has been condensed to about 6 small displays with multiple broken animatronic dinosaurs. Several had bent or broken limbs while others looked like they weren’t even put together correctly.
The fossil cleaning area had 3 large boxes with plenty of brushes. I used a large brush to cover everything back up so my son could clean them, but he had a whole box to himself. No crowds here. But also no workers to keep the area clean.
There was a cool excavation craft available, but there was about a 15-20 minute line. The line was shorter when we were about to leave, but it required you to leave it to dry so we bypassed that craft.
The photo op area was limited to a dine with an open mouth to pose in and two eggs. This pretty much concluded what was available for mine and my husband’s basic ticket for $22 each.
Then came the ride and bounce house area we paid extra for. This used to be an entire separate building full of activities. They have 2 kid jeeps to drive in a circle. (Previously they had 5 or 6 going at once to move the line along quicker.) There were 3 Dino’s you would ride that walked about 8-10 feet forward and then backwards to the start. They had 3 stand alone dinosaurs to climb up and ride. I noticed the length of the ride changed when the workers switched. These lines were super long. (This used to be two walls full with at least 10 dinosaurs available. While the rides would get lines, the amount available greatly decreased the line time.) My son only rode one because we stood in line for around 45 minutes for that one. They had a bounce house slide, and two other bounce house stations. IMO this is a huge portion of the rides and these opportunities are everywhere. I don’t pay to go to a big event to have them provide mostly bounce houses. I could do those at a party.
3-4 years ago, I’d have given Jurassic Quest 5 stars, hands down. This year I give them 2, those two came from the fact that every person we came in contact with was super friendly and kind to my kid. The other was from the LEGO display. You could grab a Lego base and add the 4x4 colored flats to create your portion of a huge piece they were doing throughout the day. My son’s favorite part was the Lego area. He loved following the key and counting out the pieces. He added about 8 sections to the final product.
Extras- face painting had a super long line and was $15 extra per kid for about a quarter of their face. Green screen photos had a line and had three options at $20 each for a 4x6 printout. (Not even a paper frame)
Because of the continued high price, but the severe lack of options and displays, I would not spend money to bring my kid again. I’m glad we were able to visit back when it was big and worth the price.
Overpriced
Overpriced for what the actual event is. Children's tickets were 44 dollars a piece, the "premium add ons" as they call it are 25 dollars for face painting, a 20 dollar photoshopped family photo that doesn't arrive, and a shop that costs anywhere from 25 dollars to 40 dollars for cheap toys.
Add to that, if you leave a negative review on Facebook, they delete it or hide it.
Lines are long and the food was grossly overpriced.
My grandkids wanted to go to the mall to ride the merry-go-round and instead I took them to this. Almost three hundred dollars spent on bounce houses and cheaply made, some broken down dino rides.
Should have gone to the mall. Would have cost six dollars and the kids would have been just as happy.
Very appropriate for children
Very appropriate for children
Took grand kids 5 and 2, and great presentation of facts while still age appropriate for children. Was a very fun outing, good variety. Thank you.

Displays and show was great but
Displays and show was great. Problem was long long lines to ride the dinosaurs and bounce house. Price too high for smaller show than expected.

Pricey
The whole experience was good....but the extra activities that were not included in the ultimate ticket price was ridiculous. $25 for face painting was crazy. And the souvenir shop was high way robbery....glad I check it out before taking my twins in there and having to tell them no to everything because of price

It is very very lifelike, but not in a threatening way, at least 2 my 3 and 4 yr old grandchildren.
The staff was phenomenal.

My two girls loves the bouncy houses and activity’s but I do wish that there was more options at the retail side, and that they would put a scary dinosaurs, not the beginning because my girls were afraid at first to go in

Oversold the tickets! Crowded beyond belief
We saved and saved so that our family of four could go to this event. We were very saddened that y’all oversold the event and it was hours of waiting. The lines were extremely long something like you would experience during the summer months at Walt Disney. We were so disappointed.
