I had the good fortune to come across an ad for Just For Tummies on YouTube and decided to contact them as my son had been suffering from chronic nausea and fatigue for quite some time. I have been using Just for Tummies products for many years now and been given lots of advice when I have experienced dietary problems. I take a pro biotic everyday and also digestive enzymes before lunch and dinner plus 2 fibre tablets daily. My bloating , which some days used to be quite extreme and uncommon, has completely disappeared and I no longer suffer with bouts of constipation.

Just for tummies has been my saviour, I’ve been taking the Live Bacteria capsules for around 6 weeks and the difference is phenomenal.
I had tried Live Bacteria before but different products,let’s just say I might just as well had poured money down the drain.
The Live Bacteria I’ve received are far superior quality, why? because put simply they work,the difference to how I feel with bloating down 90%,no more uncomfortable burning sensation and soreness in my tum is quite amazing as I’ve been in pain for over 30 yrs with IBS( D+C)

Linda’s fibre tablets
I bought some of Linda’s fibre tablets about two months ago as I was suffering with constipation which I’ve had for many years but it was getting worse. After taking them for a few days they starting working and now two months later they have totally transformed my life and I no longer have problems with constipation. I’m so pleased that I found just for tummies, Linda is so helpful and not only does she sell supplements but gives lots of advice and will suggest supplements to take to help. I’d highly recommend fibre tablets and Linda from just for tummies.

Thank you for leaving this review regarding our Fibre tablets. Even after over 32 years as a therapist, it never fails to amaze me how a simple, inexpensive supplement can have such an impact on someone’s quality of life.
When I was in clinical practice, I found that people were just not eating enough fibre for one reason or another so when I developed my own range of supplements, I knew that a natural Fibre supplement needed to be in the range.
I’m always happy to give advice too. Having been a therapist for over three decades, I think I’ve just about heard it all. Fantastic Customer Service
My daughter introduced me to Just For Tummies last Summer and I am so glad she did. After emailing Linda she recommended that I take a Digestive Enzyme before dinner and a Live Bacteria capsule too. What a difference, I no longer take Laxido which is what the doctor gave me. When I went on holiday I decided to take a Digestive Enzyme before lunch too and as I found this beneficial I have continued to do this.
I would also say that their Customer Service is second to none. On one occasion I had a question and Linda rang me at 6 p.m. to discuss it and last weekend I emailed Customer Service on Saturday expecting to maybe get a reply on Monday. But to my surprise I received an email in reply almost immediately. Impressive and makes you think Just For Tummies care about their customers.

Psoriasis…
I really was sceptical about whether the probiotic would actually work.
I have bought other similar products and creams and nothing has worked.
This was recommended to me by another psoriasis sufferer.
I have been taking 1 of the “live bacteria” daily. In 3 weeks it has cleared it and my skin is looking so much better.
I REALLY do recommend. I had patches of psoriasis all over.
Honestly I would suggest you give it a try.

After years of suffering from diverticulitis and receiving absolutely no help or guidance from health practitioners I thankfully came across this website and it literally has changed my life. I’m so pleased to read that our supplements have helped with the diverticulitis attacks. Diverticular disease is a common disease and tends to affect people over the age of 60, although more younger people are being diagnosed with it. For me, it’s all about prevention and nipping things in the bud before there is inflammation or infection. Diverticular disease should be relatively benign, with no symptoms and with good bowel hygiene and targeted supplements, symptoms can be controlled.

Well what a lifeline I fount with this company, I contacted Linda with abdominal adhesions from surgeries along with bacteria overgrowth a condition going unnoticed (but Linda knew about it) called sibo also digestion and constipation issues.
Linda recommended digestive enzymes before meals wow!! What a difference this has made also, I did a charcoal 5day cleanse and still take 2 capsules regularly 3-4 times a week when sibo symptoms flare up
I can’t express what a difference this has made to my life I have an appetite and can eat, still restricting fibre but feel so comfortable in the gut and upper digestive tract.
Highly recommend these products don’t leave home without them !! The service Linda and the just for tummies team provides is individual to your personnel needs her knowledge and expertise is incredible for someone like me with so much to deal with. They arrive very quickly in the post so efficient. If you have any gut issues you must try these products I had tried everything before I came across just for tummies range. I had been suffering with stomach cramps, acid reflux and diarrhoea for a few days and having tried Imodium with no positive results remembered I had some charcoal capsules bought alongside all your other wonderful products some months ago .
Absolutely perfect I did the 5 day cleanse and found within 2 days my symptoms had disappeared and will from now on be my first port of call and would encourage anyone to give them a try , you won’t be disappointed.

Activated Charcoal is certainly a wonder-supplement. It’s useful in cases of food poisoning where stomach cramps and diarrhoea are symptoms, to quickly eliminate whatever pathogen has got into the digestive system via the oral route but it is also super-effective at reducing uncomfortable bloaty gas.
Everyone should keep a pot of Charcoal capsules in their medicine cabinet, especially in the Summer when we tend to have more barbecues. I also highly recommend that the capsules are taken on holiday, especially if travelling to the Far East, India, Africa, South America and the Caribbean.

Fibre Tablets - After gallbladder removal my stomach…
After gallbladder removal my stomach was feeling uncomfortable and I was suffering with constipation. I contacted Linda Booth and she recommended taking Fibre Tablets 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner for 2 weeks. After 3 days my bowel movements were normal and constipation greatly relieved and I continued to take 4 a day. Linda has now recommended to reduce to 2 tablets a day. I also take Just for Tummies Live Bacteria and Digestive Enzymes. I can recommended all the products I take for a happier, healthier stomach. Linda is so knowledgeable and will be able to recommend the right products for your symptoms.

Perfect Balance Kit is PERFECT!
My wife has used Just for Tummies products for some time and has been encouraging me to try them...
I have had IBD/IBS issues for many years. I have had endoscopies and colonoscopies, and a hospital stay just prior to Covid. I never really received a proper diagnosis, and was eventually told "it's just IBS and you'll have to learn to live with it".
My chronic diarrhoea was having a major impact on my life and restricted so many social events. I was experiencing stomach cramps and diarrhoea most days, and regularly taking Loperamide and Imodium to control the symptoms. I finally listened to my wife and we took personal control of the situation.
So, I took the five day Just for Tummies Activated Charcoal followed by the Perfect Balance Kit...
It worked!
The stomach cramps and diarrhoea stopped after the first week. I am no longer taking any diarrhoea medication, and feeling significantly better in myself. I am now able to go out more, eat a better diet, and eating many foods I gave up because they aggravated my symptoms.
