So very pleased to find this lady after 60 years of tummy problems intermittently. I took the Perfect Balance kit for one month as directed, then the charcoal cleanse and have since had no IBS symptoms or pain. I can feel my tummy saying 'thank you'.

I bought a month's supply of the For Woman capsules a while ago and was amazed at the improvement in my UTI symptoms I ordered 3 months supply and can't believe that they have almost cured my UTI symptoms and also there's a big improvement in my Gastritis/IBS problems which is something I did not expect after suffering from these problems for many years I have decided to take these on a regular basis now as the difference is unbelievable

Have found that Digestive Enzymes, Live Bacteria and For Women tablets are a great trio for me! Has helped with UTIs, quicker transit and helped stop acid reflux. Added to this, the company is very user friendly, you can ask them anything and they reply swiftly, delivery is good too!! So pleased with them.

I was having frequent UTIs, and in between infections I often had bladder discomfort. It made me unwilling to have trips away from home longer than a few days. Fantastic. I’ve been using just for tummies supplements now since September, and wow. I am feeling so much more in control of my body. I have suffered with gut issues since 16 (I’m 28 now), after some food poisoning. I’ve been to so many gps, gastroenterologists, had all the tests, and have generally been in and out of hospital a lot due to my symptoms being really hard to manage. I have emailed Linda quite a few times since September, and she has been just wonderful. I have been taking live bacteria in the morning before breakfast, digestive enzymes with lunch and digestive enzyme and charcoal with dinner. This works best for me. If you are struggling, no one is helping you and your symptoms are difficult to manage, give just for tummies an email, and try some products! It’s been so worth it for me and I highly recommend. I was extremely nervous trying these products, I think I purchased them in July and didn’t try them until September as a lot of supplements caused me more flares, but these products are honestly such a dream for me. I feel much more ‘normal’. I’m not saying I’m cured from my gut illness but I am saying I am better, and feel more in control, and that is just so wonderful after everything I’ve gone through. Just for tummies is an excellent company, Linda and her team are so helpful and always there to give advice. I have purchased many products from them and recently bought the ‘just for women’ tablets which I can thoroughly recommend.

I have used just for tummies for a little while now and I have found that my stomach has settled down and I do not have the problems I used to have so they are definitely worth giving them a try

So I started the 30 day detox 23rd Jan .. wobbly start with pretty radical symptoms..headache for 3 days, body aches , back ache, Dizzy, bad sleep, SO TIRED 😫

Messaged tummy team and Linda emailed me and reassured me that this was toxins leaving my body. I had also come off Lanzoprozole after many years of taking .. cold turkey hit me !!

I have not taken any antacids since starting although I've had a couple of doses of bicarb in warm water ..at the beginning.

I have lost 12lb so far, am eating like a fabulous nutritional guru! 🤣 thanks to your delicious recipes .. my husband and daughter are both enjoying them too which makes life easier.

I'm sleeping like I've not slept in years, feel about 10 years younger . Before I started this journey I felt as though I was on a downward trajectory to old age .. I'm 65 but everything ached and energy levels and gereral mood were so low.

Now I have energy, a zest for life again,Ci am also much more chilled and less anxious,I'm out walking, gardening and have a new spring in my step! I can't speak highly enough .. its a game changer so far .. I've not had any alcohol , gluten or dairy , but would like to if I can reintroduced some in time .. I'm off to Barcelona in March and would like to embrace the holiday vibe. How should I go about reintroducing these things once my 30 days are over? I have purchased more live bacteria and digestive enzymes and also have charcoal capsules ..yet to use them
