Slight delay in getting product to me, as they were waiting on Honda to restock. However, delay only a week and thereafter good comms and received full order with no hiccups. Great.

Fast delivery and the cheapest price…
Fast delivery and the cheapest price for a Honda brushcutter. My local supplier had quoted £100 more and failed to supply within 11 days, so I ordered with Justhonda instead and it was dispatched the next working day.

Delivered what they promised
Delivered really quickly and, unlike many deliveries, DID use What 3 Words so they found us straight away. Nicely assembled, good to go and showed it started before departing. Did exactly what they promised.

I ordered a push mower in error I…
I ordered a push mower in error I wanted a self propelled one.
I realised because the very nice man who delivered it showed me how to use it
It was his first day. He did a good job.
It was sorted efficiently and a swop was organised and I received the self propelled mower last week.i was impressed at the customer service and the fact that I could speak to someone.in an office!!

Good Value, great product, personal service.
I found Just Honda really good to purchase from. The website is clear and full of the right information for a gardener looking for the right Honda equipment. Once I had placed the order the team kept me up to date with delivery information which was done by their own team. We live in a fairly remote area in Upper Teesdale and so with this in mind the delivery was within a short time period. The mower was delivered by a very friendly member of staff, primed with oil and petrol and ready go. He also demonstrated how to use the controls. This was helpful as its function is a bit more complex than other mowers.
I’m a happy customer. On top of this the machine came with some freebies including a spare blade.

Poor correspondence and lack of staff training
Guy who delivered damage fence, hit two things including post box, seat adjusted poorly cutting out, very little correspondence and trailer and tow bar undelivered 3 weeks on
