I rented a VPS from JustHost.Asia…

I rented a VPS from JustHost.Asia hoping for cheap and decent performance, but the support experience has been the worst I've ever seen.
Their live chat is just a very weak bot that doesn't help at all. I gave it my server's IP, and it spent ages denying that the IP even belongs to them, insisting they have nothing to do with it. Only after I sent a screenshot from my personal account did it finally admit "oh yes, this is ours." Ridiculous.
On March 2, 2026, there was a complete outage — everything went down: servers, control panel, the works. No status page, no updates, nothing. I sent multiple messages in chat and tickets, but they completely ignored me for 15 straight hours. No acknowledgment, no ETA, no explanation. Just silence.
If you're planning to run anything that needs reliable uptime and quick help when things break — stay away. What you get here is constant stress, headaches, and support that's basically non-existent. I've never encountered anything this bad elsewhere.
Avoid for anything serious.

Not bad hosting.

I have been using VPS from JustHost.Asia for about a year. I use it for VPN. So far, everything suits me. The price/quality is acceptable. Yes, sometimes there are breaks, but no more than an hour is not critical for me.

Арендую из России с 2024 года, никаких проблем с ним не испытывал, скорости хорошие, плату еще ни разу не повышали за год.

Ввиду отсутствия технических проблем не сталкивался с техподдержкой, поэтому ничего об этом не могу сказать.

Могу советовать этот сервис для VPS.

Отдельно отмечу очень удобную оплату через СБП.

I bought 10 VPS servers

I bought 10 VPS servers. None of them are connecting and they're giving me a 305 error. I've tried changing the location, changing the IP, and reinstalling the server. Nothing is working! I've written to the support team about them selling a non-functional product, but there's still no result. I'm giving the service a 1-star rating!

I'm disappointed.

The server is not even pingable, but they asked for an additional 48 hours on top of the previous 48 hours to fix the problem.

Our regulations set a response time of up to 48 hours as the maximum limit, which applies only in cases of increased or critical load on the support service. As a rule, we respond and help resolve issues much more quickly. Additional time may only be required in rare cases where the request is unusual and requires an in-depth investigation of our infrastructure.

Your case certainly should have been processed out of turn and I understand why you are disappointed.

I have been using it for quite a long…

I have been using it for quite a long time. The only real advantage I can point out is the low VPS price.
However, there are serious issues with server stability: sometimes I have to spend 3–5 hours constantly rebooting the servers until they finally start working.
It often throws error 305 ten or more times in a row — and only after the 15th reboot does the server finally run normally.

Cheap but Unstable.

This hosting has the lowest prices I've ever seen, there are even tariffs for the price of lunch in a school cafeteria. But this provider has obvious problems with stability (servers are unavailable for more than a day). Perhaps these problems could be solved if there was prompt technical support for at least some tariffs/users.

если сервер упал бот предлагает только переустановить сменить локацию и все это идет потеря информации. Буду переводить серверы другому хостеру а тут наверное можно использовать для впн.
Надежность просто - 100.

How much you pay is how much you get

Is it cheap? Yes. Is it reliable? Hell no!
I needed to change location at least once (Amsterdam -> Helsinki) just because my download speed started dropping to almost 20mBit/s with 1500ms ping!
Good luck with their "support") I tried creating tickets during server downtime but they only replied after my VPS was up and running. They don't have any updates channel for outages monitoring so you'll be guessing, whether you server is down for a couple of minutes or days (my "record" was almost 2 days).
As I'm writing this review, my VPS is down (again!) for 1 day...

Cheap VPS without any support in outages

this is a cheap hosting with no guarantee of stable operation. Most of the time it works, but if some work is planned, you will find out about it after the fact, when your service stops responding. Operational support is not guaranteed, the answer will be provided within 48 hours, in the chat on the site there is only a bot that is incredibly stupid and does not help, but only interferes. One of the solutions in case of failure is to move to another location, but the transfer is completely manual, after which you must re-configure your service from scratch

Their servers are highly not…

Their servers are highly not recommended. Their Russian server room is blocked by most countries and streaming media. Even after repeatedly changing the IP, the reality that all pings timeout cannot be changed. And there are serious problems with the system configured on their servers. Even after installing all environment dependencies, it is still impossible to compile and execute c files.

Scam hosting, avoid using it

This hosting literally takes your money, and then after two weeks deletes your service with a totally made up reason. Do not waste your time and money for justhost if you do not want to fund these scammers.

I have paid for one-year VPS, and it served me for like two weeks as VPN (based on open source reviewed software that they support), and they just deleted it under a fake 'service violation' claim without restoration. Their so called support sent me an email with the list of prohibited behavior like using VPS for DDOS, email spamming and stuff like that, which I have never ever done in my life, and sent me a link to an alleged "complaint received by the Cogent Communications Internet abuse department" that leads to a 404 page on the Internet.

Please be careful. They only seem to be a normal service provider at first glance but in fact they don't. They will delete your VPS and accuse you for nothing, and are not going to refund anything at all.

Shame on you, justhost.
