DO NOT USE
While just kampers is very competitively priced their customer service and document uploading is awful. Firstly there was no option to upload anything, so I emailed all required check codes and no claims to them, when pointed out about the upload option it suddenly appeared so I uploaded it all. There for that had all documents multiple times. They just send an automated warning upload or we cancel emails with no further info. Since then I’ve noticed it’s trend with their upload and document providing, many people have the sane issue. Customer service is no better trying to sort it. Spend 2 days on the phone going round in circles.
Since then they said I did upload the correct documents but cancelled the insurance anyway, the Insurance was £290, they refunded £130 so was charged £160 for a month and was only
Cancelled due to their errors. I reached out as per their response below and nothing. We’re now going via the financial ombundsman. On further reviews other people are having this same issues. Don’t risk it

I phoned just kampers to ask if they could re quote me after an automatic renewal notice had been sent.
The adviser I spoke to was very polite and interested in giving me a very good service, the result was that I got a better out come and was very satisfied.

I am happy with the insurance but less happy with the amount of sales calls I got for insurance quotes even though I already purchased an insurance. Same with the amount of emails to ‘review’ JK insurance… I’ve had several emails since I’ve written my first review… when do these useless emails stop?

My insurance quote …
When asking for a quote your representative got me the best quote and told me how much payment I would have to pay today followed by payments monthly but took the full payment tried to sort this but kept being passed on to different representatives so in the end thought don't bother its payed for the year

Can't turn off auto renewal online!
Competitively priced insurance but the main problem is that there is no way to turn off auto renewal online
(Need to phone) Also the renewal price was way higher than original price, like most insurance companies they try and take advantage of loyal customers.(Had to phone to get a competitive price).
