Don't trust the online quote
The information wasn't checked before they took payment for my premium.
Adjustments had to be made and even though my premium was less than 24hrs old, they charged me additional admin fees to rectify it. I ended up paying more than the original price I was quoted elsewhere and that was with an agreed excess that was higher than id like to pay.
It's a shame because the initial customer service was great but when it came to the nitty gritty, they were not very helpful at all.
Lack of communication with the admin meant I was getting warning messages about my insurance being cancelled which caused added stress.
Im really hoping I don't have to make a claim!

Positive renewal process
Good renewal price and positive experience with Mick whilst physically renewing by phone. Only marked down a star because I was advised of their 'very competitive' multi-car policy prices during the call but, when my wife rang for a quote, they were far more expensive than any other quotes she'd had.

Great people, ease of email renewal notice received, I would have auto renewed but payment method had changed, so called Just Kampers.
