Took a half sovereign in offered me £273 for it told her that the other half sovereign I brought in got £320 soon changed her mind

Got ripped off last time buying a 9 ct chain way over priced compared to scrap value.

Checked reviews and they seemed fairly ok but wasnt too sure albeit the negatives were very bad compared to the positives. So figured were exaggerated but unfortunately I did get the bad experience.

Placed an order and it never arrived nor was it able to be tracked. Complained it hadnt arrived & told they cant check anything, its up to me to sort out. Spoke to Royal Mail who said its the sellers problem. Remarkably difficult to get in contact with, replying to about 4 of the number of emails sent across the month; this was acknowledged as a system error they dont know why they havent seen them. After 1 month and trying to remain respectful with them over the issue, im offered £20 of the £80 and to let them know if i want it which is wild but i did chuckle. No form of replacement or the money back. So as it stands ive paid for something that I dont have. Have suspected they provide training on the side under an unsuspecting alias; for the likes of Landlords, pyramid schemes & a few tradesman. Which explains why they unfortunately miss so many efforts to get in touch with them. Unable to confirm this as of yet, may report back.

Customer service not particularly rude or unpleasant just unwilling to help effectively while still do the obligation of "helping". Willing to hold on to funds safely in their account though for you which is a nice gesture i suppose, what with the Banks being as trustworthy as people who still buy DVD's or make bacon in the microwave. Lo & behold still no item, still cant be tracked.

J V Jewellers are an excellent company. We ordered a chain for our son for Christmas. It arrived in plenty time, was wrapped beautifully and was excellent quality. Communication has been excellent, very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the chain links were wider than my son was hoping for but J V Jewellers have gone above and beyond to help us, even replying to my message on boxing day!
