I found their self desceiption of "the largest jewish dating site for marriage" to be deceitful, since are barely any profiles in my area, and i live in a major metropolitan area (toronto, canada). i asked many times to get a refund and was ignored

The service is absolutely appalling, once you have paid and set up a profile.
I had a few issues and questions subsequent to setting up my profile, however no matter how many polite emails I sent they went completely unanswered. The site claims to have a 12-hour guaranteed response. Even weeks later I have had no response! Not all the advertised features worked even with the “Premium” subscription.
I’ve noticed replies to complaints on the Trustpilot website by the owners of JWed stating: “We encourage you to contact support@[xxx].com for any support.” That doesn’t get any response, at least for me.

I find myself now mostly using the app version. It’s smoother and easy on-the-go. Profiles are for sure much more detailed than similar app’s. Not all the bells and whistles, but easy to communicate. Hope to meet my soulmate here.

JWed is a wonderful website to meet Jewish people for marriage. My wife and I met on the platform and we spoke on the phone, chat, and by video before meeting in person. Me and my wife have now been married for over 10 years with three children and are very happy. We even work together and run a medical practice together. We look forward to a lifetime of many wonderful years together. We highly recommend this website. Thank you!

Ease of access for dating directly through jwed messaging

My experience has been that JWed is a safe and secure online Jewish dating service. They seem to screen far more thoroughly than other sites and whenever I have had a question or concern, they have answered me in a timely fashion.

Live in Israel, have been on JWed since 2023. Particularly with war, have found JWed to be amazing virtual meeting place of fellow Jewish singles looking for their bashert.

Awesome profiles! What I like most about JWed is profiles that are much more meaningful. Not just photos and dribble but in-depth and some have voice introductions as well. They also gave me a free upgrade! …because I am in Israel and with the war & all… And the managers of the site are super helpful!

Jwed.com is a good option for Jews who want to get married. I met more serious, marriage-minded men here than any other Jewish dating site. They do a good job of keeping it decent and kosher. Ultimately, I met my husband here after 15 years of sorting through dating sites and experiences. No dating site can guarantee you'll meet the right person, but if you're looking for a way to maximize the number of potential mates to interview for marriage, this is a good one.

I’m a more senior single but find JWed very easy to use and met some hopefully good prospects!

I find a lot more potential good matches on JWed than many other services. People with similar backgrounds and more importantly, who share what I am looking for in a relationship and as a Jewish person.
