Been using JWed on and off for some time and find the service excellent. Find interface simple and powerful and have communicated with many potential matches and been on some good dates. I happen to know a number of people who have met through the service – so keeps me motivated!

This is truly a unique app that offers a specialized platform for the Jewish community, where you can find your love.
The app has an intuitive interface, making the user experience simple and enjoyable. All features are logically arranged, and even a newcomer will quickly understand how everything works.

Great platform, great way to meet serious minded singles!

J Wed offfers me the ability to feel confident in the matches I am getting. It allows me to feel safe to look at different profiles in an environment that is safe and feel genuine.

I have been a user on JWed for some time and find the service very good for me….though still searching for my soulmate! Though at least 3 friends I have I know met their spouse on the service. Unlike some other Jewish dating services, I find the members actually Jewish and actually looking for a serious relationship. I did find some occasional but significant frustrations with their earlier app, but have been many improvements with their latest version. I have read some of the negative customer service comments, but all I can say from my own experience - is when I have had any concern or question it has been timely answered. I wish all other Jewish singles the best!

Horrible service. I signed up 3 weeks ago and have not been able to use the site and the administration is ignoring my emails.

I have tried to contact support via the website and via email regarding the font colors used. Light grey agsinst a white background.
With vision issues, they refuse to make the correction to make the site ADA compliant,

JWed used to be a great service but now, it's awful. The website started acting up. Chat feature doesn't always work and there is ZERO customer service. I am so disappointed and frustrated. You can call. You can email. You can try online Customer Service. Complete waste of money. Lights on but nobody's home.

JWed mistakenly charged me $41.18 CAD on 11 May 2023 and $41.11 CAD on 9 June 2023. I had deactivated my account on 24 February 2023. I had thought my deactivation automatically cancelled my subscription to the supplemental “contact any member” service. When I was later charged $21.26 CAD on 15 March 2023 for this service I contacted JWed and learned that this was not the case. I therefore had them cancel this supplemental service. And that was that, I thought. I was therefore puzzled by a charge in May. On 17 May 2023 “Dahlia” sent me the following:

Hi….We appreciate you reaching out to JWed.Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This was a bug that has since been fixed. Your account will be refunded.

Not only was my account not refunded but JWed charged me a second time in June. They then ignored my texts and chat. I even tried to contact them by telephone. A recorded message directed me back to online “support.” I therefore decided to reactivate my account in order to see if I could do something at my end. Lo and behold, I found that my auto-renewal was still on! JWed had told me via chat that they would cancel it after my first complaint in March. Obviously they never did. Hence these erroneous charges. Absolutely distrustful of JWed I was then forced to cancel the credit card I had on file with them. That is apparently the only solution to a problem of this kind. I liked JWed before this disappointing incident. I have wasted a lot of my time over it. Beware!

I have been writing to customer service for over 5 years, and no response. I finally lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau a few months ago - No response! My profile said that I was Persian, but I'm not. I tried for months to change it, writing them frequently, but no response. Eventually, it was fixed. In the past year, when I post a picture, it either cuts off half my face, or appears rotated to the side. I go and fix it manually, but then it appears wrong again. Many people have this problem, as you can see when scrolling the thumbnails. You can write customer service 10 times over, and you will not receive any response. The fact that they didn't even response to the complaint with the Better Business Bureau is alarming.

This company is a scam to a large extent. I selected do not renew the day I signed up. They changed it and automatically charged my Amex. I have send emails no response at all. I have called all I get is a recorded message. Like the other person here I am filing a complaint with the Ny attorney General. I have also registered a complaint with Amex.

I have written over a dozen letters to customer service and have not received even 1 reply or acknowledgment other than automatically generated responses assuring me that someone will be in contact with me in a day. The "DAY" is now 2 weeks. I am not sure there is a customer support team as claimed. People come to a dating site in a somewhat vulnerable state, making themselves public with hopes of connecting to their "other." If the comments below are the general view of the site, JWED is failing miserably despite their grandiose claims to the contrary. At this point I have nothing but empathy for the other people disappointed in the experience. If someone from JWED contacts me and deals with my questions/issues with the site satisfactorily I am more than happy to write a letter of praise. Until that happens, they have taken my $ for a PLUS account and I have seen nothing in return.

I have tried yo cancel my account and they are still taking money out! Won’t return emails!!!!! Going yo report them to the attorney general of my state!!

Their Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT. I have messaged them numerous times the past few months and still have not received a reply. I found an email address on the web, emailed them, and a bot replied. I replied to the bot email, and yes, I'm still waiting for that reply. I no longer receive the types of email that I previously received regularly, on a weekly basis, ie matches, etc. The only emails I receive from JWed are the ones that are Advertisements to upgrade my account. Why would I upgrade my account when their customer service is non-existent ? I have no plans to waste any more money by renewing my membership unless there is a dramatic turnaround of their customer service. JWED, don't waste my time by replying with your excuses. Based on the other reviews I've read here, I'm not alone.

Met some very interesting and genuine singles on this service. I predominantly use the website, but of late their app as well. Could be some upgrades to their app, but nonetheless has a good interface. As a Jewish single, seeking to meet someone Jewish, I have found the site to provide the type of people I am looking for. That said, inevitably not everyone is who they say they are – but when I have found someone suspicious, I have contacted JWed directly and they have taken action.

I am writing this terrible review, because I found it very difficult to cancel my membership ... kept getting charged, despite the fact that I sent numerous e mails and messages, begging them to cancel my profile and refund me for 4 unwanted months. Never got a reply.
Absolutely useless. I paid through the website and not through Apple Pay, this was why it was so hard to cancel. DO NOT PAY THROUGH THE WEBSITE,
