received wrong products and no response from customer service
I ordered a couple of my favourite moisturiser from k-beauty, but they sent me the wrong products, and I have tried to contact them a number of times to arrange a return for a refund, or exchange for the correct product but they have not responded at all. It seems they have no customer support available so I am left with products I didn't order!

My first order from this website and I was really impressed. The selection, price and also fast dispatch. More importantly the expiration dates of the products were good, the shortest was 4 months for an eye cream. I’ll order from them again for sure.

No response and no confirmation email
Made an order on 07/04/2023 and received no confirmation email, and can only assume nothing has been shipped. I have emailed them and contacted their instagram and still no reply. Disappointed.

Good products, poor GDPR compliance
Good products, quick delivery, all in great condition. Missing stars are because K-beauty automatically signed me up to their mailing list and have been sending a *lot* of emails since. As I didn't opt in this breaks GDPR rules.

My order was delayed two weeks
My order was delayed two weeks. It may not be k-beauty's fault but it is still frustrating. Customer service had reached out to me saying that they will send an express parcel but this did not happen. Royal mail takes an awful time redelivering the parcel. Anyway, I am still waiting for the products to arrive.
I just hope that they could have done something on my behalf to hasten the delivery.

Customer service terrible/ unresponsive
Not sure if this is an issue with Royal Mail or K-Beauty but I was provided with a tracking number for Royal Mail and it has been a week and I have still not received my products. I am a bit put off by the fact that I tried to contact K-beauty but they seem to be unresponsive. Do I just forget about my order?

I have ordered few items and received it swiftly. So far I ordered k-beauty products on eBay, sometimes from Korea so the waiting time is up to couple of weeks and the shipping cost are expensive so I'm happy I discovered this website that is based in the UK. I will order from there again.
