Ordered my bag in November for Black Friday and FINALLY received it in April. However, their customer service throughout the entire process was nothing short of incredible. They responded to all my emails, DMs, and even changed my delivery address when I explained the one I put might cause some complications. Overall, wonderful communication. Also, I’m obsessed with the bag! It is so perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I also received my free gift that came with my purchase, which was great! (which I mention because it seems that some people haven’t…). The only downside is just how long it took. Even with the customer service, up until my bag arrived, I really thought I had been scammed. I’m looking forward to seeing this brand grow and I hope they figure out their shipping/warehouse issues.

Dann kam im Dezember irgendwann die Nachricht, dass es grosse Verzögerungen gibt. Und Anfang 26 hiess es das CH Bestellungen noch mehr in Verzögerung geraten sind.. echt enttäuschend. Ich habe die Tasche immer NOCH NICHT erhalten… es ist gleich April …
Ich bin schon sehr traurig. Und hoffe, dass sie noch ankommt… Der Kundenservice war immer hin freundlich und transparent. Ich habe tatsächlich auch mein Geld zurückbekommen!!
Aber die Tasche ist nicht in Sicht :(
Preis ist auch solala. Es gab jedoch ein Kosmetik Täschchen on top gratis. Gemischte Gefühle.
Update April: die Bestellung wurde einfach storniert obwohl ich deutlich meinte, ich möchte die Tasche trotz allem noch erhalten. Sprachlos

I absolutely love my Helena satchel bag. It exceeded all my expectations in every way. The quality, the look, and especially how much it can hold is honestly insane. I use it every single day for work, running errands, and everything in between, and it has been perfect.
I also want to highlight the team, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. While there were some delays with delivery, the team made sure to stay on top of communication and responded to all my emails quickly, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I’ve received my bag after quite a long wait (3-4 months after the purchase). Giving a 4-star review because of the reasons below:
The bag itself is gorgeous, soft, and in good quality. It is exactly what it looks like in their posts, despite the very long wait, their customer support has been extremely supportive and communicative even when mistakes were made at their end.
Many people expressed that they waited for very long to get their bags delivered which is true. Like everyone else, I reached out to the brand’s Instagram for tracking my order’s whereabouts. They’ve been very patient and took the initiative to reach out to me with timely updates from their end. It’s understandable that a young brand makes mistakes, I come to understand their side because I do see their tremendous effort and courage in trying to take responsibility and rectify the big delays from their manufacturing side through building strong communication and trust with the client.
If they learn from these delays and figure out how to streamline the whole production and delivery process, I’m sure they’ll definitely get somewhere with such good quality and designs.

Amazing and fast customer service! When I first received my Kaia and More bag, it unfortunately had a malfunction and something broke. I immediately reached out to the team on Instagram, and they responded right away. They handled everything quickly and kindly, and I was sent a replacement bag in no time. Overall, I was treated with great care and really appreciate the excellent service.

I loved the bag I ordered, it’s all it had promised to be! There were few problems once the bag arrived to my country and that caused more delay, but I get that shipping internationally is difficult, especially not knowing how mailing works in each country. Nevertheless, the kaia&more team were always helpful and they even offered to send another order if the initial one didn’t arrive! The only thing is that due to delays they’d said my order would include an extra pouch and it didn’t arrive :(
I’m still so happy with my bag!

I ordered during Black Friday, so shipping took quite a long time (around 3 months), which was a bit stressful at first but at the same time they updated about every process they were going through so I didn't worry that much. The helena satchel itself looks very good, neat, well-made, and exactly like the pictures. I’m really happy with the quality plus I already got some compliments!!
Overall, the process was slower than expected, but the company was very responsive and handled everything professionally. I would absolutely recommend ordering from their website!!💌💌 (literally in love with the bag)

I'm only giving 4 stars, because of how long it took to receive. However. I'm absolutely giving the bag and customer service 5 stars. No matter how many emails I sent the company still communicated with me and was transparent. Not sure if the bag is real leather or PU but uts still big and nice.

Ich habe Ende Oktober eine Tasche als Weihnachtsgeschenk für meine Freundin bestellt. Leider gab es aufgrund des hohen Hypes Bestandsüberschneidungen, weshalb meine Bestellung zunächst nicht durchging. Das Team hat mich jedoch proaktiv informiert, auf eine Prioritätsliste gesetzt und ein zusätzliches Geschenk als Entschädigung versprochen.
Der Prozess zog sich danach leider sehr in die Länge:
Januar: Während andere ihre Taschen bereits erhielten, musste ich nachhaken. Es gab wohl Probleme bei der Lagerumstellung, und man konnte mir keinen genauen Liefertermin nennen.
Februar: Ende Februar ist die Tasche nun endlich angekommen.
Mein Fazit:
Hätte eine Freundin von mir nicht schon eine Tasche der Marke besessen, hätte ich wohl zwischendurch storniert, da ich unsicher war, ob die Bestellung noch ankommt. Aber der Kundenservice war wirklich top:
Antworten kamen immer innerhalb von 24 Stunden.
Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich habe aufgrund der langen Wartezeit einen zusätzlichen Rabatt erhalten.
Die Tasche ist super und der Service gibt sich wirklich Mühe. Wegen der extrem langen Lieferzeit (Oktober bis Februar) ziehe ich einen Stern ab, vergebe aber gerne 4 Sterne für die freundliche Abwicklung und die Qualität.

NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. When I first made my order (in October), my purchase included a bag and an extra item, and was supposed to be shipped within 7 days. Two weeks after my order, I got an email thanking me for buying in the "pre order" and saying that the items would be sent at the end of November. I contacted the team and they apologized saying that the bags had sold out before they could update the website and I accepted to wait a bit longer with the promise it would be sent in November. In the first week of December, they sent another email explaining that it would be delayed again and that they would include a free gift to compensate for the wait. In January, 3 MONTHS after my purchase, I finally got the bag, but neither the extra item or promised free gift were included. I contacted them again and they said they'd send me the item included in my purchase as soon as possible. It's now late February, it's been 4 months since my purchase, and I still haven't received it. They have stopped replying to my emails and I have no idea when or IF I'll ever get the rest of my order. This whole process has been extremely frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

I ordered the mila bag end of November and haven't heard about anything yet. It's been over 2 months. Not responding properly to mails either.
Update: kaiaandmore flagged my review as defamatory. Now that Trustpilot assessed my review and still approved of it they suddenly give me a "kind" reply.

I was really hoping to be writing a review about the bag itself — but that would require actually receiving it.
I placed my order the first week of December and was charged in full immediately. It’s now February and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve received two emails stating there is no inventory available, and that there isn’t even a system or process in place to ship orders.
It’s extremely frustrating to sell products, charge customers upfront, and then not have inventory or a fulfillment plan in place. This shifts all of the risk onto the customer.
Very disappointing experience.

It took around 2 months until it arrived but I am very happy with the bag. The customer service team was very prompt in replying and super kind. The bag is exactly as I imagined from the content online. The design is also unique and even with lots of stuff inside it does not feel so heavy. Thanks for this nice new office bag!

Ich habe meine Tasche am 31. Oktober bestellt und sie erst am 8. Januar erhalten. Die Lieferung wurde immer wieder verschoben. Jedes Mal hieß es, sie kommt bald, und dann gab es plötzlich wieder ein neues Problem. Es wurden ständig neue Termine genannt, die dann doch nicht eingehalten wurden.
Insgesamt wirkt die Firma leider sehr schlecht organisiert und sollte ihre Abläufe erstmal in den Griff bekommen.
Der Kundenservice (wirklich top🫶🏻) war zwar immer schnell erreichbar und freundlich, aber durch die vielen leeren Versprechungen und Verschiebungen hat man trotzdem ständig das Gefühl gehabt, hingehalten zu werden.
Mir wurden wegen der langen Wartezeit auch Extras versprochen, die bis heute nicht angekommen sind weil es wieder neue Probleme gibt.
Die Website wirkt zusätzlich sehr unseriös, teilweise mit Rechtschreibfehlern, und die Preise ändern sich ständig. Als ich bestellt habe, kostete die Tasche 130 €, zwischendurch lag sie sogar bei 240 €, dann wieder bei 180 € und später bei 160 €. Das macht keinen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck.
Die Tasche selbst gefällt mir aber wirklich gut. Sie ist schön, groß und praktisch, und ich benutze sie jeden Tag (seit 4 Wochen). Bisher hält sie gut, auch wenn an einer Innentasche schon Fäden am Reißverschluss rauskommen (das war schon so als sie angekommen ist, aber ich hatte nicht mehr die kraft mich darum zu kümmern). Da es kein Echtleder ist, bleibt abzuwarten, wie lange sie insgesamt hält.
Fazit: Produkt schön, aber Bestellung und Auftritt der Firma wirken sehr unprofessionell. Ich würde nur bestellen, wenn man viel Geduld mitbringt und lange Lieferzeiten und viele Ausreden in Kauf nimmt.
