Never ever in my 45 years have I had to deal with such a rude reply after informing about customer aftercare policy at this company. My question (because of bad reviews I had seen on trustpilot) was responded with an instant vile and hostile tone…. In a manner you would expect a toddler to throw a tantrum after refusing to give them candy. Be very very careful to buy from them. It would be useful to give their employee (or maybe it was the owner…?) a couple of courses on “how to politely handle customers” would be in order. They are simply not qualified to respond with any grace or style. They even suggested I should buy at IKEA, as an insult 🤣 because I wanted to check if their customer service was in order…at least IKEA knows how to deal with questions or acquiries of their customers… take notes kaisha… you could have easily won a new customer with the right attitude, which is (still) not present at this time.
