Kaiven is the name that made the charges on my credit card after I ordered a memory figurine on facebook. I had no idea and did no business with anyplace named “Kaiven”. I read online they are connected to some of these questionable memory figure sites on facebook. They are apparently involved with Memory Figurines on Facebook, that I stupidly ordered one but “Kaiven” is who made the charges on my credit card. They not only charged the figurine price, but continued to make 2 more unauthorized charges! The fraud dept of my credit card flagged them as suspicious and then denied them as unauthorized. I also confirmed to my credit card co that I didn’t know who they were and did NOT authorize the charges they added on. In addition no figurine ever came either, so i had to also file “item not received” for that. Beware there’s also a shipping scam that’s called “junk mailing” where they send nothing, or they send some junk item, just to get a tracking number and delivery confirmation so they can get chargebacks reversed claiming the item was delivered! They hit my credit card 3 times! Someone needs to shut these people down. It’s Sinful that they are preying on bereaved people that lost loved ones. Isn’t there an agency left that can stop this?
I made complaints to the Better Business Bureau, to the FTC, (federal trade commission), AARP seniors fraud and scam alert sites. I should have looked on those myself before ordering, but I really thought Facebook would monitor the ads on there and they would be safe and reputable. I learned a stressful, time consuming and hard lesson.
