HORRIBLE scammers.. I ordered what I thought was a beautiful wedding gift for a family member 3 MONTHS ago and it never came and there has been no contact and the TRACKING..... just a scam. So so disappointed and of course outraged.
THIS CO is a total scam... I just lost $134.... don't do it... the hassle I know have to go through with my bank is ridiculous and will have to close down this card...... horrible experience... shame on people who do this to vulnerable trusting people. I wish I could reach out to them to what avail I don't know... but it is such a violation of our rights as consumers

Ordered after a dear friend passed away, received an empty envelope!!! Absolutely disgraceful can’t get money back. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!! How do these people sleep at night

Complete scam! They took my money and have not shipped my order or responded to any attempts to contact. I don't know how these people are still able to operate and take peoples money. I hope the next person comes here first before giving their money to these POS'!

BEWARE – I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

I placed Order #1688 with Memo Figurines in April 2026 and paid $62.98. I waited for my order and contacted the company several times asking for an update and tracking information. Eventually I received a FedEx tracking number, but the delivery information showed the package going to the wrong house/address. I never received the figurine I paid for.

I ultimately had to contact my bank and dispute the charge, and my bank credited the $62.98 back to me.

Based on my personal experience, I would not purchase from this company. Please be very careful.

I ordered from memo mold and got just an empty pakage with literally nothing in it. Put claim on my credit card and got a full refund. This is a scam to say the least. I should have looked into first. So angry about this

Got nothing in the package and no reply to email. Assholes. Never order from this company.

I did NOT receive the figurine I ordered, the charge for it on my credit card wasn’t from memofigurines, it was from “Kaiven”. Then “Kaiven made 2 more unauthorized charges that my credit card co. flagged as suspicious. I looked them up and they’re somehow involved with the Memory Figurines. So I started looking up their reviews, the BBB, scam alert sites etc and everyone’s story is the same. Then I read a review that warned that when filing a dispute on your credit card for “item not received” and the credit card company does a chargeback, then the next thing to be cautious about is if after that a package or envelope with junk in it or nothing in it, gets delivered so there’s then a “proof of delivery” in order to reverse the chargeback. From Scam Alert sites, to Trustpilot, to Product Reviews, to Better Business Bureau and on… everyone’s story and complaint I could find seems to be pretty much the same.

Read over 30 reviews all say Its A Scam. Sorry to everyone who has lost money and have angry feelings due to this company/people but it saved me from being another statistic.

Total scam to not order from them

MY BROTHER LOST HIS LADY FRIEND , SO I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE HIM SOMETHING TO MEMORIALIZE HER WITH SOMETHING HE COULD HOLD CLOSE TO HIM ....BUT THESE PEOPLE SENT ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND THAT THE ITEM WOULD BE READY IN 1 WEEK BUT WHEN I READ THE INFORMATION FOR PURCHASE IT SAID 3 WEEKS TO 30 DAYS THIS WAS IN APRIL 28 AND NOW HERE IT IS JUNE AND STILL NOTHING SO I DECEIDED TO CALL THEM..NO PHONE, WRITE THEM ,,NO ADDRESS ONLY WEB-SITE SO I ATTEMPTED TO GET SOME ONE TO FIND OUT WHY IT'S TAKEN SO LONG, ...WELL NOW I KNOW WHY, WITH ALL OF THE COMPLANTS AND SUCH I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATION OR UPDATE'S OR ANYTHING NOT EVEN A TRACKING NUMBER...BUT AS THE WORD SAY, THEY WILL PAY FOR DECEIVING PEOPLE, KARMA IS SURE, WHAT YOU PUT OUT GOOD OR BAD WILL COME BACK TO YOU.....BAD PEOPLE.

On May 8 of 2026 I plased an order # 1915 in which it was conferme ,with a peiment of $73.98 since then I haven't herd nothing, ,before I send them 2 Emails regarding the status of the order ,date that these order will be shipped with no respond ; is incredible that Facebook permits and be a participant of these Unlawful behavior, they should be expell fron these page as well as Google should do so to ,after reading the experience of others I have never expected thes to happen all tho I would say that thed is notable on sales an promos of China behavior,I will mack a report to Facebook.

I was ripped off. I ordered one for my mom off her parents who passed and no response. That was 2 months ago that I ordered. Why do you feel the need to scam people?!?! It’s ridiculous! 000000 stars and 2 middle fingers

These people are horrible to deal with. They are using more delay tactics than Iran in dealing with Trump. I placed my order showed them the proof of payment and yet they cannot find my order in their computer systems. Stay far away from this company.

I wish I could give zero stars and two middle fingers these people are nothing but outright thieves. I placed an order for myself and A second order for my wife one of my deceased parents and another of my wife's deceased father and I never received anything. I was sent a fake tracking number no answers to emails not NOTHING. IT'S A shame you work hard for your money and some WASTE OF SKIN COMES ALONG AND SCAMS you out of it.And what's even worse is they market towards you emotional pain for deceased loved one's only to turn around and add more pain. A Total WASTE OF SKIN THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Scam ordered paid and attached a fake tracking number. I threatened with legal action to get my money back.

Same issue here, I made a purchase on 4/17/26, took a screen shot of my confirmation page and my bank account where it was taking out. I received 2 emails, from a Tiago and Olivia. I sent them my screen shots and now no response and you cannot access the website.

I ordered - not arrived - scam. I ordered 2. The website is down and no email reply - email is Lithuanian which is now not active! I paid and lost 95,95 euro! They have my mastercard details, tel. number and home address - have cancelled the card. I am now getting scam tel. calls!! NEVER buy from a FACEBOOK advert.

Never responded to the "Cancel My order" request that was sent 5 minutes after i realized this was a scam site. It also said 4 to 5 weeks for delivery, and it was shipped THREE DAYS after i tried to cancel. they use fake tracking numbers to sites that don't even come up. CROOKS !!!! ALL Gonna burn in hell 11

I ordered and it was for my mother on mother's Day and they took the fifty something dollars off my card and i still have not got what i order or my money..So please stay away from this site they aren't any good just SCAMMERS!!!!
