100% SCAM and they are trying to sell these fake figurines under a bunch of different company names on Facebook and Instagram. Contact your local/state district attorney and report them for fraud/mail-wire fraud/theft. Report every account on FB and IG. The ONE positive 5-star review on here is by the person who sent the 'confirmation' email that all the links disappeared to. Their karma will catch up to them and it won't be pretty.

I am yet another victim of this fraudulent company I I ordered a memo figurine for my husband son who passed away tragically in the car accident and I thought this would be a perfect way to memorialize him.

.. Well after waiting an extremely long time I got a tracking information that FedEx delivered and that was so incorrect. I never got a delivery. I called FedEx. They said that tracking information did not belong to me and I have continually tried to get in touch with memo figurine only to have my emails returned then I got an email back from another branded email addressi was told I had to get it correct through FedEx cause they are the ones that messed up. No they did. Not This is fraud and don’t waste your money guys and the only thing you possibly can do is report it to your credit card company

Total scam. I ordered a figurine of my deceased mother. In my grief I did not realize the ads are all AI and the people shown don’t actually hold the figurine. Anyway it never came. I reached out and they sent me a tracking number that delivered (per the picture from Fed ex) a massive package to someone else’s house. I disputed the charge with my cc company and memofigurines had the nerve to defeat the chargeback with my cc company using the fedex number to someone else’s house. I had to escalate the dispute with my cc company. Absolute brushing scam. Beware

Total scam—do not buy from here! I made a late-night impulse purchase without doing my research, and I completely regret it. A few weeks after ordering, I received a FedEx delivery confirmation, but the proof-of-delivery photo was of a completely different house. When I contacted FedEx to investigate, they told me the address attached to the tracking number didn't even match mine. The seller is sending out fake tracking info. I tried reaching out to their customer support, but my message bounced right back as undeliverable. I’ve already initiated a chargeback with my credit card company and reported their store. Save your money and avoid these thieves!

Same thing here - no order received sent Fed ex tracking number but to a different address customer and telephone number and the same customer service person says take it up with fed ex. SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE

I had ordered mine in the beginning of April as it was shown to me by a facebook add. As the majority of the customer reviews prior to mine; we have all experienced yun express tracking, then fed ex, then delivered to a porch that is obviously AI with the package looks to be floating over the steps and way too big of a box to hold a figure. The email provided is returned as mailer demon non existent email. My heart is broken from the loss of my mother. Shame on them.

We never received our figurine. You have all our correct info, yet you sent it to a different address. Our tracking number didn’t match our address. You sent it to people a couple miles away. We know them. They didn’t not receive it. Then I read reviews where you’ve done a lot of people this way, sending a tracking number to a different address n it was never delivered anywhere. I called my credit card. PetShields received our money.no where were they mentioned in the ordering process. You sent my husband an email. I responded to that and you will not even acknowledge it. there is no way in the world to get hold of them. they probably even aren’t reading their reviews or they would reach out to those of us who they’ve scammed. I did see a few comments where people said they got theirs of their loved ones and it was a big help, but they probably have their friends posting those comment comments.my credit card company is investigating them

Just like someone else on here, I ordered 2 figurines, 1 tall person one and other half body one. First all they charged me for 2 of the tall one, 123.98, other half body 52.98. I was going back and forth with Tiago, anyone, does that sound familar? I was back and forth on the 2 withdrawls on my acct, to get that straight. Then they hooked me up with someone name, Olivia. Never got anywhere with that problem. Then I get email for delivery for the 4-27-26. Oh, it came...I don't know where it is, but it's not here at my address they had on the order. I also got a picture of where they supposely delivered to house I have no idea who, what or where it is. Now, I'm going try to get these items to me, trying to write memofigurines, is like talking to a wall. They tell me it was sent and that they see that and I should get ahold of the delivery, in other words, they washed their hands of this. Now I am emailing back to delivery and my track no. doesn't match my address FedEx says. I been on computer trying to get the items wherever they're at or I'm at my wits end. But, I do want anyone to know, If I could of told someone about all that I went through , I'm letting you know now. This is TOTALLY NOT REAL. I've let my bank know and this will be dealt with sooner or later. This company should be ashame of what they do people that have lost a love one and wanted to have a figurine of them in memory of the person they lost.

SCAM! My description of the experience is the same as everyone's. This is a FRAUDULENT business. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

It's a scam. They took my money and I never recieved my product. They gave me a fake FedEx tracking number. Can not get a refund. I'm contacting my bank as well as Facebook where I saw their ad.

This was a scam. I also got a fake Fedex tracking number that did not have my name or address. I am disputing the charge. If you look at the website you can see the artificial images.

Same issue as the others. Fedex was given tracking information with a different name and address. I sent an email that got bounced back, I called the number on their facebook page and it takes you to an internet company and no response to my facebook or instagram messages. SCAMMERS

I was scammed just like everyone else. Funny if you look through the reviews, the "TIAGO" person that gave a good review on April 10th 2026 is the person that contacted me asking me to be patient with the order over and over and won't respond now that the wrong product was delivered to another address. I have disputed the charge and my attorney is on it.

Same thing that is happening to everyone. You order and assume it’s coming, they send you a fake FedEx tracking number, and it gets delivered to a house that isn’t yours with a package that isn’t yours with a photo. I placed an order on April 8th,2026 Yesterday I got an email saying my package was delivered by fedex. Upon looking at the attached photo I noticed that the photo of where the package was left was not my house. I immediately contacted FedEx. They asked for my tracking number and number of my street address. They said they could not help me because the information didnt match what was on the package. I explained that this tracking number is the one in my order and maybe there was a possibility that the shipper put the wrong address. They said we can not open a case and you have to contact the shipper. I've emailed the name listed in the email of the person to contact it came back mailer demon. I also made a comment on shopify and have opened a dispute with the credit card company. This was one of those late night purchases when i was scrolling and I'm mad because I should have done my due diligence and researched the company. I am not surprised at all that its a SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES. THEY SHOULD BE LOCKED UP!!

Waiting to hear where my order is, can't even give me my order number.

The 5 star review from Tiago, is suspiciously like the Tiago that replies to the emails when you ask Memo Figurines where your order is. So I wouldn't trust them
