I had an absolutely, outstanding tutor Laura. She was very patient with me and explained things when I struggled. Always on hand to help via email, text message, phone call or video call! Wouldn’t have passed without her!!

I have just finished my training with Kaizen. What a fantastic experience from start to finish!
Everything was explained thouroughly and Suzie navigated me through the process of applying for funding quickly and efficiently.
I was very nervous as I hadn't studied in such a long time, but my tutor Karen put me at ease from the very start. She explained everything I had to do in detail, in a way i could understand, and was always there to help when I needed it. Karens extensive background in Health and Social care made her very relatable. Her jokes and stories made the experience so much more relaxed and her mentoring approach allowed her to get the best out of me. I don't think I could have completed the course without her. She is an incredible asset to the company.
The company as a whole is excellent. I have recommended them to my colleagues who will be undertaking svqs in the future.

SIA training with Gerry McCormick was outstanding.

His enthusiastic, and open approach to presentations keeps you engaged. As well his military discipline will keep you right and on course for success.

The Office team do a tremendous job of organisation, communication and hospitality. You’ll understand what is needed at every step long before the course starts as well as during.

This is the second first aid course I've been on and unlike the first one I'm considerably more confident about being able to help someone if the bees arises. Sharon was a fantastic teacher and I would highly recommend her and this course to anyone.

It’s a very educating session, and practical was well done.

Gerry McCormick is an exceptional SIA trainer. His extensive experience and in-depth knowledge are invaluable to learners. Additionally, Stephen conducted an excellent first aid course from which I gained a lot of new insights. Brian and his team were also commendable in their support and professionalism.

Completed my SVQ 3 with Fiona R - the support, encouragement, guidance and confidence I received from day 1 was absolutely amazing. I truly could not ask for a better assessor! Fiona made me laugh through my highs and lows, and ensured my experience of achieving my award was enjoyable. Fiona enabled me to enhance on my existing knowledge and skills and I just want to say an extra thank you for believing in me.

Very good communication and understanding

Karen was so supportive guiding me through the process of achieving my SVQ. Karen is approachable, reassuring and encouraging. She is an asset to Kaizen Training. I looked forward to our meetings and always felt good after them. She made the process simpler than I thought it would be. Would highly recommend Kaizen Training!

Refresher on moving and assisting was extremely useful and helped me to keep my skill fresh in order to ensure that I'm carrying out my best practice. Hannah was very informative in both theory and practical elements of the training and provided lots of opportunity for discussion and participation. Thankyou.
