This is an unprofessional service, without stadard operating processes. They gave me a few high risk, high leverage stocks to invest in, without a giving a stop loss. The stocks went down 30%, then 40%, then 50%. HALF of my principal is lost-GONE. They say sorry, we should have given a stop-loss. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

One of thier sales persons who calls themselves Nick Trent manipulated me into signing up for a subscription that was nearly $5k (which I told hime was just a little more than what I had in my bank account). He talks quick, uses big buzz words, and makes you believe that following his investment advice is a sure thing. I immediately called him back asking him to cancel the transaction done over credit card and he made up an excuse and tried to reel me back in. Then said I could only get my money back after 45 days. Its been over 45 days, havent taken any of his advice and I still dont have my money back. Terrible customer service too. They never answer when I call and don't return my calls after I leave a message. If you ever get a call from this company, hang up immediately.

I recently subscribed to Kalkine, and for me, spending around $100 for 8 months of access is reasonable if I am receiving something valuable in return.

I understand that Kalkine does not manage my portfolio or make trading and investment decisions for me. Those decisions are ultimately my responsibility. What I find valuable is having access to their research, insight reports, articles, and market analysis as an additional resource when planning my trades and investments.

The analysis and potential price action discussed by Kalkine can give me a clearer perspective on a particular stock or ticker and what could potentially develop over the coming days. I can then compare that information with my own analysis and plan my trades accordingly.

For me, it is not about blindly following a recommendation to buy or sell. It is about having another source of research and perspective that can help me make a more informed decision and manage my trades better.

I also had a good conversation with Noah, the Customer Service Manager. He was professional, patient, and took the time to understand my perspective and answer my questions clearly.

Overall, I see the subscription as an investment in information and research, and I look forward to using Kalkine's insights alongside my own analysis when making trading and investment decisions.

They wont call u back after deducting money out of your credit card. Most of analysis they do, out of no where and potentially accruing loss. Hope they resolve it. Not worth

Just joined Kalkine services and I’m taking time to explore everything they offer. So far, my onboarding experience has been smooth—I had a wonderful chat with Kalkine executive Noah, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. Great customer service so far!

Kalkine offers excellent customer service from start to finish. Just got off a call with Noah who was very patient, answered all my questions and moved forward only when I was clear on what we had reviewed. He gave me his direct number and his availability. I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the advice I received from your team and to request a refund

Background:
I have been in contact with Kalkin representatives since November 2025. In June 2026, I began working with an advisor named Usher, who advised me to diversify my portfolio and cautioned that I should read Kalkin news updates and keep buy/sell activity short given the penny-stock nature of some picks. Usher then referred me to Mr. Singh for more direct stock-picking guidance.

Mr. Singh initially requested a high amount to begin, which I declined. After further calls, I agreed to invest a small amount, . Despite Usher's earlier advice to diversify, Mr. Singh recommended stocks that were almost entirely concentrated in the AI sector - at a time when the AI market was in a correction, a fact I only became aware of after independently researching the market.

At the end of July, Mr. Singh contacted me asking for an additional $500 toward his fee, stating he needed to meet a quarterly target. I declined, as this was not part of our original agreement and I was not willing to put more funds into the market given the lack of results. When I raised concerns, he became pushy, and I ended the call. I have had minimal contact with him since.

I attempted to sell my position in early July, but both Usher and Mr. Singh advised me to hold. Nearly two months later, my account value has dropped by approximately half, and even when the broader AI market recovered by a small %, i never received a call from Mr Singh, my account did not recover. from Mr. Singh), the pressure to contribute additional funds toward a fee target, and the guidance to hold through continued losses, I do not believe I received advice in line with my stated goals or risk tolerance.

I am requesting a refund to address these concerns. Please let me know what information you need from me to process this request, and I would appreciate a response within 10 business days. this is my 10th attempted call and it just asks me to leave a message and i never get a call back. 2 review to post
