Excellent Customer Support. I have received a very good experience with Kalkine customer services Manager Amy. The orientation to services and the the online system was great, it was not rushed and I felt supported in all of my questions.

I've been using Kalkine for stock market research and investment ideas, and I've found their service to be very valuable. The research is thorough, easy to understand, and provides useful insights across a wide range of investment opportunities.

Pressure sales, hard push for money every week, no results as far as I'm concerned.
Feels more like a sales company than an investment advisor. In fact, there are a lot of legit companies out there with an established track record, if you know what I mean. They could be cheaper in the long run :)
I say, think hard before you engage, and consider that things may not go as presented.

I’ve been using Kalkine’s advisory services for equity research to help guide stock picks for my personal portfolio. Overall, it’s been a positive experience — the research reports are well-structured and provide a good foundation for making informed investment decisions.

A particular highlight has been the support from Gavin, who has been consistently responsive and helpful in walking me through questions on the reports. Having that direct access to someone who can clarify the analysis makes a meaningful difference.

I am having a great experience working with Demi. Demi actually patiently listens to what you say and acts accordingly. She has always been respectful and thoughtful during the conversation.
She tries to find resources to help whenever she can.
She checks in regularly which is worth appreciating. After speaking to her you feel heard and cared for.

Sam primarily and sometimes Amy are the ones i work with. Great stock picks and quick turn spins for profit. So far I feel it is worth the service fee.

Spoke to Noah Manager Customer Service. He was very clear with the info he wanted to share. Unfortunately i have not been able to make use of Kalkine services much but they are very professional in what they do.

I paid over $5k for nothing. They asked me to join a program that would cost $290/month for an 18 month period that I could cancel if not satisfied. They took the full $5220 right away. They then have a few stock tips (that lost me money) and then asked for another $5k to continue. They promised that I would have a return on their cost within a few months. When I said I would not pay the remaining $5k my advisor (Trent) disappeared.
