Call was to get clarification on various reports, person was good to explain the details.

Demi from Kalkine customer support was very helpful in walking me through the various reports and explain the details. While I do manage my investments myself and have a fair market knowledge, I am not an active stock market investor or short-term trader. She was able to answer all my questions and helped me on how can I benefit from the research reports I have subscribed to and other available reports that I might be interested in.

I got the answers to most of my questions. And the person was very professional too.

STAY AWAY unless you want to continuously pay fees for bare bones investment advice. What they say and what you get are grossly misaligned

I had the privilege of working with Demi, who i found to be very knowledgeable and always gave clear and consice information into each stock we discussed.

Honest reviews - helpful tips on when to buy/sell/hold. There's always some loser picks with the winners, but on the whole, I am ahead. I am on track to more than recover the fees paid with my earnings.

My rating is on overall impression on the introductory call with Amy and the kind of information provided by Kalkine through various reports and daily recommendations. Amy is very professional and was able to answer all my queries with clarity and quality of content.

I've just started my subscription with Kalkine and so far it has been good. Both Ali and Asher explained everything to me in details and answered all my questions.

After my initial complaint, which you can read here, I was contacted by a senior customer service manager who assured me that my case would finally be handled properly. I was given a clear agreement: either a new strategy would recover my losses, or I would be refunded for the services that had not been delivered as promised. Unfortunately, the second attempt resulted in further losses.
Only after this second failure was I issued a partial refund, which implicitly acknowledged that the service had not been delivered as represented. I was then assured that the remaining balance would be addressed. Since then, communication has stopped again. My follow-ups regarding the outstanding refund have gone unanswered. The problem is not only poor investment advice, but a pattern of assurances, repeated failure, partial remediation, and eventual disengagement once further accountability is required.
I trusted this company with significant family savings. I accept responsibility for my decision, but people deserve to know what the full experience looks like before committing their money. This is my honest experience.

***Final update: After my second review with Kalkine, they refunded the second portion of my payment, all thanks to the amazing Demi. However, the investments made based on their advice have still resulted in a major loss for me. While everyone’s investment experience can differ, I’m sharing my experience here so others have more information when deciding whether their services are the right fit for them.

They always try their best for the general advice they provide especially Mr Dev.Thanks to kalkine Team.

The agent(Emy) in customer service/support team was helpful and penitent. But the way they choose to communicate (phone call) could be better if they were able to assist the clients visually through the some common platform like ZOOM or MS Team or so.

They were extremely aggressive and persistent in trying to make the sale. Even after we clearly said “no” and blocked their number, they called again from a different number. I tried several times to tell them I wasn’t interested, but they kept insisting until I had to hang up. They don’t seem to understand boundaries or consent—really frustrating.

It’s just a start for me but so far so good. The customer service team is very helpful and explains every bit of the website. Hopefully it’ll be fruitful experience. Keep up the good work!!
