Kang & Co were outstanding throughout my experience with them. All communications and actions were prompt. All staff members were polite, professional and reassuring throughout the process. They prepared my mitigations for a speeding offence and a highly competent barrister (not directly employed by Kang and Co.) of their nomination presented the mitigations in court. I got the lowest possible sentence for my offence thanks to Kang and Co., which was what we were aiming for. Thank you!

From initial Instruction, meeting in chambers and representation in Court, the communication was great from all.
All realistic outcomes discussed with Barrister Mr Hopkins, I was put at ease when discussing very personal detailed information, he worked with the evidence provided, to fight a case that could’ve gone in a direction that the magistrates could’ve interpreted differently, the representation was professionally executed giving me the best outcome of a not guilty verdict.
My only criticism would be that more advance notification of the costs could’ve been better advised, however my focus was to clear my name and achieve the result I wanted after a very stressful 18 months.

I am extremely grateful to Tim Thompson and Nazaqat Maqsoom for their honesty and integrity during a time when I was at my lowest.
