Caddick Davies have been amazing from the very first telephone conversation to the last. I had foolishly represented myself in a magistrate court for an accusation of not leaving a least 1.5m room when overtaking a cyclist with the offence wording being, “inconsiderate driving to other road users”. I thought I would turn up show the measurements proving I was around 1.75m, guess what not the case. The magistrates gave a guilty verdict. So I went for appeal at crown court this time with the experts, namely Madelaine Sumner and barrister Harrison Newton both complete gems and a credit to the law and Justice system. Again I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family with an appeal decision of not guilty.

A seamless process from start to finish, with excellent, attentive service delivered by Neil Davies, which concluded in a successful outcome. I highly recommend Neil, along with barrister Richard Oldroyd, who was a pleasure to work with at the court hearing and played an important role in achieving the successful result.

He explained my situation concisely and clearly, and whilst obviously making no promises helped me build a strong case. On the day of the hearing, they supplied an excellent legal counsel and helped me succeed in a defence of Extraordinary Hardship.
