I engaged Hammond Trotter to support me with a magistrate court appearance following the totting up of penalty pints.
3 weeks before the hearing I supplied a number of letters and documents to Hammond Trotter to support my case for exceptional hardship.
These documents weren’t reviewed until the day of the hearing - 2 hours before the hearing. This left very little time to review the documents and go through the preparation. As such, important details of the documents were missed and the whole process was rushed.
