I can't thank Caddick Davis enough for their support with my driving licence appeal. After receiving a six-month driving ban for totting up penalty points, they acted quickly to help temporarily lift the ban while we waited for the appeal hearing.

Madeline Sumner kept me updated throughout, clearly explained what evidence I needed, and was always helpful and responsive. Although I was worried I didn't have a strong exceptional hardship case because I have no dependants, the team helped build a clear, well-structured argument based on my circumstances.

I gave myself/ my solicitor (Louis Gorman) a less than 1 % chance of achieving a positive outcome. I got an exceptional outcome from an exceptional solicitor. Louis Gorman did not make any promises or guarantee's but stated that he put forward a very robust defence and leave no stone unturned! And that is exactly what he did! It took 18 months to get to court and took Louis (only) 4 minutes to dismantle the opposition. Louis's words were very powerful in the court, I would describe what I observed as "poetry in motion", served up by an absolute professional . Absolutely amazing service. I could have faced a license revocation, and with the help of Charlotte Bamber and Richard Oldroyd, they helped me through everything and I’ve kept my license!
