If I could give a minus I would. I wish I saw these reviews first. I had ordered some bras which took over a month to arrive. When they did arrive they sent me ones that are two sizes too big! When I complained they said that they sent the correct sizes and would first only offer me a £3 refund. When I pointed out via some pictures that they were in the wrong the upped the amount to a full £6! Or I could send the item back but would most probably cost me alot of money and they would not refund the cost of return. I am still trying to get answers as to why they think I have the correct order When I clearly do not and to at least get a better refund amount that would be fair.
Money wasted and in a time where people haven't got the money to loose! STAY AWAY!!!!

I was really excited to try these bras, Bra nothing like described,poor fitting, poor quality, no support would deffently recommend not to buy if these are the things you are looking for

I received my bras from this company today and they are not fit to be worn. Disgraceful product. I was silly not to have checked them out before ordering.

They are a sham8. Should be removed. Unresponsive and cheats. I'm with others . Don't even deserve 1 star!

Disgraceful company. Waited a month for 2 bras. Finally arrived ridiculously small although I followed their size guide. Cannot return they suggested I give them to someone else and offered me a refund of £3 absolutely fuming.

Like another reviewer I bought size I need for support bras, have retuned and still arguing with Klarners about paying as due refund. Sadly even Klarna’s want me to pay for items returned. Will not buy on Facebook ever again. Chinese company is absolutely awful 😢

They are none responsive! Firstly, they charged me more and I ask to cancel the order; no response at all! I received the hair straightener after 2 weeks that is not working at all is not warming! Send another emails to ask their address to send back, but no response!I ask for a dispute on paypal without any positive outcome as they could not take money back from the company! It’s a fraud!!! Do not buy from this company!!

Flimsy rubbish, no support. UK website Chinese company. I’ve also had a lot more spam email since ordering.

I purchased three bras that promised to give me support and comfort in my advanced years. They were sent from USA and are the most hideously cheap products that are much smaller than the size described for XL. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson not to buy off Facebook adverts. Cheap, Chinese mass produced crap. Warning: Do not buy from this company and always search for reviews if you are tempted by any of these Chinese companies disguised as decent law abiding companies. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ordered a bra £12.99 they took £16.03 from my bank , it’s been a month , I have messaged a ton of times asking for delivery or refund, just keep getting same old automated messages . Absolutely Scammers , don’t waste your money or time .

How are the people allowed to keep getting away with it? It’s a fraudulent company who send unusable products- a bra for an adult that wouldn’t even fit a child!? It’s disgusting and they need to be shut down

Disgusting service . I ordered then within an hour I changed my mind so cancelled . Now 2 days later they said I left it too late ! They also took £4 for postage when it clearly states free postage . From what I’ve read I doubt I’ll get my money back

Ordered from this company in February, nothing arrived,email says delivered but definitely not delivered, company tied me in knots over a refund so didn't get goods or refund,also have taken more money than price advertised,plus taken twice. BIG SCAM, STAY AWAY !!!!

What a waste of money. Bras are awful quality. The sizing is ridiculous and there is no way to claim a refund. I ordered a 3xl and what arrived would be better suited to my pre pubescent teenager! Every negative comment is removed from the FB site. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Even though I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear it’s still way too small.
I paid £30 for three bras that are worthy of the bin. No way of returning the items as they have been tried on.

Scam artists - billed me more than i agreed to on order - unable to contact them to cancel - trying to get back back from card company

Not happy, set two of the same item and charged a fortune, buyer beware. They make it very difficult to see what uour actually getting. And I didn't get what I was expecting. They have lost one customer 😕

Only got 1 star as no stars isn’t an option. First of all they take more money then you are invoiced for then the sizes are not what they should be. Customer service is awful and don’t want to know. And to return you are charged more than what you was to start with. There answer is to pass on to a friend.
DO NOT BUT FROM THEM.
