I am very satisfied with the variety of dresses, the easy order process, the quite fast delivery and with the good product quality. We ordered different sizes/styles of dresses and chose one. The return was at my cost, which is just fair, and worked very reliable. A little accounting error was addressed and corrected immediately. To be honest, I had some concerns beforehand, but everything went very professionally, reliable and fast. Thank you for this excellent experience!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with KAOA.

I returned a defective item following the instructions provided by the company and was repeatedly reassured that the customs process would be handled correctly. Despite this, the matter was not resolved in a timely manner and I was subsequently contacted by a debt collection agency regarding unpaid VAT and duty charges connected to the return shipment.

While KAOA eventually reimbursed part of the customs charges, this DID NOT COVER THE FULL AMOUNT I was required to pay, and the situation was only partially resolved after significant delays and repeated escalation.
Throughout this process, I spent a considerable amount of time communicating with KAOA, DHL and customs authorities in an attempt to resolve an issue that originated from the return procedure itself.

The prolonged lack of resolution led to unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and the involvement of a third-party debt collection agency—something that should not occur when a return is processed correctly.

Although I acknowledge that KAOA eventually contributed toward the costs, the handling of the situation was slow, incomplete, and ultimately unsatisfactory from a customer service perspective.

I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when ordering internationally and returning items, as customs-related issues may not be managed efficiently or in full.

Encomendei com pouco tempo de antecedência e quando percebi que poderia não chegar a tempo do evento contactei a empresa. Tenho a certeza que fizeram todos os possíveis para receber o meu pedido o mais rapidamente possível e assim aconteceu. Vestido impecável, com uma qualidade e detalhe na confecção inigualável.

The quality of the products is very good, but unfortunately my experience with customer service was disappointing.

I placed my order on April 11 based on the advertised delivery timeframe of 8–15 business days for a wedding on April 25. The package only arrived on May 6, after both the event and the estimated delivery window.

The items remain completely unused and are still part of KAOA’s current collection, yet no return, exchange, or store credit was offered. While delays can happen, I was disappointed by the complete lack of flexibility or goodwill in resolving the situation.

Beautiful products, but customer service was unwilling to help when an issue arose.

Hopefully Google can translate, this is the most astonishingly beautiful set I think I’ve bought in a long time. It’s exactly as pictured. Expensive, and you’re paying a lot to ship it to the United States, but it was 100% worth it. I was worried about the timing, but I gave myself a two month lead time for the event I wanted to wear this to, and I want to say it came in a little over a month.

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase from KAOÂ. I ordered the black glitter gown and it exceeded my expectations.
The dress is stunning, elegant, and beautifully made. The fit is perfect, the cut is very flattering, and the overall design feels luxurious and unique. The dress looks exactly like the photos on the website.
One thing worth mentioning is that the glitter sheds a little while wearing the dress. However, for me this was not a problem and did not affect my experience, as it is quite common with glitter fabrics. The final look is so beautiful that it was completely worth it.

I said yes in a KAOA dress and it was just so beautiful. This is my fourth dress I ordered from KAOA and I love each one of them. I didn’t receive a shipping notification for quite some time but when I contacted customer support they shipped it within one day. Excellent support here!

I absolutely love my new dress! Looks exactly like the picture and fits amazingly, it’s a high quality material and design. Definitely recommend Kaoa and will be purchasing from them again. (Only downside is the shipping price, I hope they offer a more affordable option in the future.)

I cannot recommend ordering from KAOÂ, even though I truly love their designs.
My return was not properly registered, which resulted in a missing refund. I have been trying to resolve this issue with customer service for weeks.
After returning my order, I received an automated confirmation listing the correct number of items as refunded. However, the actual refund was incomplete.
Customer service now claims that the original confirmation was incorrect due to a “technical limitation” of their system.
As a customer, I cannot verify internal system errors and must rely on the seller’s official confirmation. Unfortunately, this discrepancy has still not been resolved.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Esperienza terribile.
Ho ordinato un tranch inserendo un indirizzo… non immaginando che ci avrebbe messo più di un mese per arrivare… nel frattempo io cambiato domicilio. Quindi a fatica sono riuscita a recuperare il pacco. Una volta recuperato mi rendo conto che la tasca era bucata. Contatto il servizio clienti e mi dicono di spedire il pacco. Unico problema che lo spedisco a spese mie poiché un centro DHL era troppo distante da dove vivo. Chiedo di cambiarmi il colore del cappotto e mi dicono di si.
Arrivato il pacco da loro, mi dicono che non possono cambiarmi il colore e che mi rispediscono il trench. Ovviamente lo rispediscono al vecchio indirizzo.
Non me lo cambiano poiché dicono che non c’è il cartellino… quando un cartellino c’era. Ora non so come riuscirò a recuperare nuovamente il pacco.
