Good and efficient service provided by Luke

Once again a pleasure to work with Luke Casey and Hayden Watts at Karis Capital on another complex BTL case for a client who was refinancing his new build development property and also equity releasing to provide deposit funds to complete on another development scheme. Both Luke and Hayden worked tirelessly with the BTL lender, aware of the timescale pressure and as always found solutions to any hurdles we came across. They have both excelled on this case with great product/sector knowledge and fantastic customer service. A pleasure as always.

i’ve been in the market for many years, but I haven’t seen something like that for a long time. These guys knows what they’re doing. I’m not just highly recommending them it to appreciate the speed of work and to tell you guys you won’t find people like them I promise you with these guys you can do remortgage in and out in a couple of weeks time believe it or not, they answering you after hours of work they lead you hand-in-hand throughout the whole process and you know what you won’t find service like that. These guys are brilliant.

I’ve worked with Karis Capital several times now, and I’ve personally worked with Paul on many occasions, including arranging a bridge for me. Every experience has been first class.
The bridging process can be intense, especially when timelines are tight, but Paul handled everything quickly and calmly from start to finish. Things moved fast — much faster than I expected — and that made a huge difference. He kept me updated throughout, explained everything clearly, and was always at the end of the phone when I needed him. It never felt complicated or overwhelming because he stayed on top of it the whole way through.
