Requested samples never arrived
I never received the samples (two weeks since I ordered them) and looking at other reviews, it seems to be a running theme. If they can't even get this right, I seriously lack faith in placing an order or chasing it further (especially given it is a high priced product).
Thankfully the other companies I requested samples from have provided promptly with great communication so I will be going with one of these instead.
