Our floorer fitted Karndean in our kitchen and we are thrilled. We went with the lower range and opted for the tiled look where the grout lines are fitted separately - it looks amazing.

Poppy was very helpful
Poppy was very friendly and professional explaining about how to care for the floor that I am interested in. She explained the different designs and options available and I left with a selection of samples. I left knowing I could call with any further questions if required. It was worth the visit and I would recommend visiting if you are planning on choosing new flooring.

Not impressed with this flooring at…
Not impressed with this flooring at all. After a few weeks the edges of the flooring started to lift and crack. Exactly the same problem has been encountered by two of my friends, my next door neighbour and another friend who have experienced exactly the same issues with the flooring. If I could add photos to show you what I mean I would but that doesn't seem an option on this site. Pity!

I ordered the free catalogue. It came. I'm going to look at it again, properly when I get time. I'm putting a review on because it might stop me receiving review reminders when all I ordered was a catalogue.

A Convenient & Professional Service.
I was very impressed with my online consultation with
Kaitlin. It gave me the opportunity to learn more about the Karndean range and the individual differences across the range of products.
The consultation lasted approximately 45 minutes and at no time did Kaitlin rush the process. I was able to identify the range that I would like to use and I now await my samples.
It was a convenient, professional and friendly consultation and I would have no hesitation in recommending using this service to anyone who is considering using a Karndean product.

Antwoord van Karndean Designflooring
Hello Bev,
Thank you for your feedback! We're delighted to hear you liked the samples.
We understand your comments as our online images can vary depending on screen settings etc. Products can also appear difference dependent on room lighting and even the colours around them.
Seeing a sample in person is often the best way to get a true feel for the design, so we're glad you had the opportunity to do just that!
Kind Regards,
