We attended our booked slot for the pop up showroom and we were late due to an accident. Our helper was really efficient, helped pick out the colour tones we wanted and we had decided on the tiles very quickly.

Fitted Karndean to all of downstairs…
Fitted Karndean to all of downstairs which is hallway, cloakroom, 2 living rooms, kitchen and a dining room as well as upstairs bathroom and two en-suites, a dressing room and one bedroom. Most of it has been down for less than six years with the kitchen and dining room extension being down for less than four years. The Karndean has faded and turned green. I’ve contacted Karndean twice but they are not willing to communicate with me direct. I would never use this flooring again or recommend it to anyone. I now need to replace quite a larger area.

Why the stock never back in
I ordered the floor of this brand, “Palio by Karndean Grey Concrete effect” from B&Q 3 months ago, and I need more to finish the kitchen floor so I wanted to order again. But wait for so long the status of the product in B&Q still is out of stock. I worry about it’ll never back in stock again.
I tried to order from the other store but all the shop said it only can order from B&Q. And most angry is that I try to contact the brand to buy directly, but I send email few times and never get a reply.
Now my kitchen reminds unfinished for already 3 months.
