The goods were exactly what I had ordered and were well packed when received. However, the delivery service by Amazon was very poor ! The goods arrived well past the delivery date.
I had to call this company to enquire if the order had been sent.
The communication service was poor as I did not receive any confirmation from the person I had spoken to, despite giving my number. I expected better customer service specially when a buyer contacts for any enquiries.

Have yet to receive my order after ordering at the beginning of the month. To then find out it’s been held as I’ve got to pay a further £45 in shipping costs that I was not made aware of when ordering.

Used my sister’s lip stain and eventually had to buy my own after she gave out to me. Really nice shade and does not dry out your lips like other lip stains do. The applicator is also so easy to use aswell. However I think that mine is a bit faulty, as whenever I open it , it is oozing with the product even though I havent twisted the bottom to get more product out. This did not happen with my sister’s version. Overall I am still satisfied, I did not contact customer service because it is not the biggest deal ever and I could not be bothered. I will definitely repurchase this.

Hi , I have the charleen kash brush , and the hairs out of the brush are coming out and falling apart I’m very disappointed and I am a lover of all your products , and most of your products are apart of my everyday makeup and this brush!!!
