After the Greek Customs office returned my order back to Uk, Yokichi the very kind owner of KATABA knives , get in contact with me and delivered personally my order in Crete while he was making holidays with his wife! Impeccable service
I cannot praise the staff of Kataba enough for resurrecting my Santoku knife that had been sitting broken and unused for almost 10 years at the bottom of a drawer. Conscious of my limited budget, they kindly found a secondhand handle (without charge) to replace the broken handle and in so doing transformed my knife into a thing of beauty. The blade was also sharpened to perfection: They restored the heel of the knife after my careless sharpening had produced a rounded edge – the knife now works and looks better than new. Thank you so much Kataba! As soon as I find my Deba I will bring it in for your expert attention.

Good customer service. I have 2 knives, what needed fixing, one handle replacement. Im very happy how they came back. One of them came back soo sharp I'm actually scared of it. :) one of the lovely lady took the time to call me in person to let me know my knives are ready to collect. 5 star
