DO NOT PURCHASE - If I could rate this company in the Negatives I would. This is a scam website. I ordered my sword in November of 2025 and STILL have not received it with no updates from the company whenever I reach out.

Exactly as previewed, but took long to arrive. Worth it.

I bought a katana for my boyfriend for an early Christmas present, he loves it so much, he even gave me the mini katana that came with it.

The website said 6-10 day delivery, i ordered on Dec 5 2025 excited to get my ghost katana for my Christmas present, but it never arrived. I emailed katana-us and it took a long while for them to get back to me. I let them the situation and i was told by Lena it was entering the forge, they said they were sorry it was taking so long but it was the holidays and people were off and they had a lot of orders to fill. Then I received an email saying my blade was getting the final touches and would ship soon, I checked my order number with there tracking system and no information. 2 weeks went by and nothing, so I emailed again for an update, John responded this time asking me to be patient and not to judge until I see the final product, i said ok I will be patient, and i was. I finally received a ups tracking number, so i got a little excited, ups said a label had been created, that’s all, they had not and still have not received any merchandise. By this time it was already February. By March i sent an email asking about my ghost katana again, Lena said that they had already shipped it and according to their tracking number it had been delivered to the address provided. I had also ordered a katana holder, I received that already towards the end of Jan so new they had the right address. I sent them the tracking info i had and told them i had not received it. They never responded back. So now i have a katana belt holder and no katana to put in it. Maybe it will show up one day out of the blue, doubt it. Don’t waste your time or money with them. They are total scammers, 100% !

I think they might be scam
Ordered since 26 December 2025, still haven’t received anything. Tried contacting them multiple times but nothing. They keep sending me fake updates about delay in shipping. Dude it’s been almost 4months

Never will I EVER order from this site nor even LOOK at it again. I placed a $300 order MONTHS ago. 3 to be exact. I cosplay often and have missed out on group cosplays for 4 conventions that were very important to me waiting on this company!!! They beef you up with months worth of emails begging you not to leave a negative review and begging not to chargeback but they never get back to you. Everything is automated. They do NOT care about the customer at ALL. I STILL have not received my products and I DID chargeback because you all genuinely have me messed up if you think you are gonna sit on my money for months at a time and not even give me an explanation about whats happening with my product. This is an absolute terrible business and I have been BEYOND patient waiting. To heck with that place! Shut the whole company down until you guys can actually produce what you claim to be selling.

Sekiro is one of my favorite games that being said I've always wanted the curse blade now it's here and it found a home in my game room if you like anime or video game characters and want their sword replica Katana us is the only way to go will highly recommend

I have been waiting since December 1, 2025 and keep getting excuses by email. Can’t contact this company any other way. I feel they have ripped me off and taken over 200 dollars. Lesson learned. Do not buy from them

Absolutely fantastic but I have only received the one and I’m waiting on a few other orders. Once I do receive them all will be putting them together in a bar. I am building inspiring Japanese whiskey as well along with jin podcast and the samurai.

Spent a lot of money and ordered 2. Not received after 3 months. No reply to my emails to customer services. I’m very d it appointed and will be taking this further to retrieve my money.

Ordered at the very beginning of November, no where was it openly disclosed how long it could take for me to get the swords. Shipping label was created at beginning of Febuary and didn't leave warehouse for over a month until I reached out again to their customer service which could take 5-7 buisness days to hear back from. Package finally got delievered and only one sword was in there, I ordered two, I paid for two. At that point their customer service has completely ghosted me, lesson learned for me.

Took my money, never shipped the item. Was offered a refund. Never got that either. Its been 4 months

I ordered a katana as a gift December 12th. Never received and update emails until mid-February were all conflicting saying it was in the forge, then in shipping, then in the final inspection and then back in the forge. It's a scam. No real response to multiple emails just the same scammy spammy emails with false updates for months. Don't do it.

Don't waste your money or time with this site. Terrible customer service full of false promises and long lead times up to 3 months. This site is a SCAM stay away.

I ordered the katana and waited just for it to be sent to the wrong address even when I look back at the order that has my correct address it was still sent to the wrong one and when I tried contacting them with multiple emails and filling out complaint forums zero absolute zero responses absolutely wasted my money and would not recommend to buy from them at all.

I love the craftsmanship that was put into it, but I wondering when is the first katana I ordered going to show up?
