I ordered 2 pairs of KatchMe jeans and unfortunately they sent the wrong coloured jeans. I contacted KatchMe’s customer services and they were very helpful and apologetic. They responded very quickly and reassured me all would be sorted.
Thankfully it has and my new order is on the way!☺️

Great team !
I had an issue with the cotton in the Jean being a slightly different colour and I had took the tags off . However I emailed the team and they responded instantly and sorted out my replacement within a couple days .They explained the process throughly and I didn’t have to pay any more to send the other jeans back . I was a happy customer for sure as I was stressed about having to pay double . Thank you so much katchme . Definitely will be purchasing from here for all my jeans going forward as the fit is perfect for my measurements ! X

Denim feels thick and durable unlike many thin pairs I’ve bought before. Stitching is neat across all seams, and the fabric holds its shape well after several wears. Support team replied quickly when I asked about sizing, and the cost is lower than similar styles on other sites.

I would not ever order directly from the Katch me website again. The 2 piece shortseti ordered 1 was poorly made and the other being the same size seemed stretched out almost as if it was a bigger size. It took forever receiving correspondence from the company regarding returns. So much so by the time I received instructions it was too late to return. The return process is horrible and the delivery fees are atrocious. Now, every item Ive ordered from this seller on TikTok shop has been great and the return process just as good. Not sure why there is a difference but there is. And to ask me to give a 5 star review just to receive a $4 refund on a $40 order is crazy. Nope. Im telling the truth. I do NOT recommend ordering directly from site and they can keep that $4. Ill wear the short sets to bed or doing housework.
