Don’t refund you and just ignore your emails!

I brought two items and received on Tuesday. They don’t look right and wanted to return them. Searched how to return and it’s by emailing them. I emailed them and take agess to get back to you and then offered me a 15% refund to keep it? I don’t get it as I’ve fully put in the email that they don’t look right and do not wish to keep them and asked again for a return label and the details to return. I got another email 2 days later saying the same thing about 15% refund. What is actually going on?? It’s been 4 days now and still no one has emailed me the return form or the label so I can get my refund that I’m entitled to!! What kind of company doesn’t include details how to return an item for a refund that customers are entitled to? I’ve emailed again , I’ve direct messages on Facebook and Instagram about getting this return label and still zilch response. My items cost together £50 so it’s not like it’s little money. This company needs shutting down or addressing as their returns strategy is appalling. No communication atall and no one listens to your first email instead offering discounts when you’ve already explained you don’t want the item. Will defintley be telling my friends and family to avoid at all cost! No point telling me to email you guys again as you never ever respond . Feel like they just want to drag it out so when it gets to 30 days they won’t give you your money back!! Will have to be going to the which magazine and close friends who work for the media to expose this company . Do not buy from here if you want to be robbed and ignored .

Scam refund process and communication is non existent

First of all the item I received was horrific quality. Got a size medium and you’d be lucky if it would fit an XS. I have emailed multiple times for a refund and I’ve not had one single response. Do not order from here unless you want to get robbed blind

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. I emailed to ask for a return label as my items didn’t fit. They offered me a 15% refund if i kept my order i declined as there would be no point keeping them as they don’t fit. They then offered me a 30% refund and to keep my order as they said ‘the return process is complicated’ I have still not been sent a return label and after reading other reviews i am worried i won’t get my money back at all. Why sell clothes with a 30 day return policy if you are not going to allow customers to return items.

I had forgotten to update my address…

I had forgotten to update my address and in panic mode thought what on earth am I going to do?! I used messenger service to try and correct this not holding much high hopes as a lot of companies take 2-3 working days. However, Sammy from the Katch Me team was so quick and helpful to amend this for me in a speedy fashion! I am so impressed with the level of customer service shown.

Been asked if I will accept 15% or 30%…

Been asked if I will accept 15% or 30% refunds instead of full refunds. I was asking for full refunds because all dresses I bought from this company are far too small. I emailed them asking for a full refund and I never heard anything back. Going to phone the police about this company and going to try to shut this company down. Definitely a scammer unfortunately

KATCH ME IS A SCAM COMPANY

I didn’t read the customer reviews and I regret it deeply. This company is a scam. I ordered £70 worth of clothing off their website for them to arrive looking nothing like what they did on the website. Furthermore they didn’t fit and the quality was appalling. I emailed to get refund information and they took days to reply and offered me 15% of my money back instead. I said no and they replied asking if I wanted 30% of my money back to which I said no again. I want a full refund this experience has been attrocious I have never experienced anything like it. If I don’t get information on how to return my parcel and get a full refund I am going to report the company as fraud as this is not in compliance with the consumer right act and is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM KATCH ME.

Scammers!!

I ordered a skirt and 2 dresses at the start of August neither of them fit me and quality was very poor. When I asked about a refund and return address as there was no label either I was offered a 15% refund to keep the clothes I declined as the clothes were too big again I was offered 30% to keep them again I declined for above reason I just wanted my money back eventually they sent me a return label through email and I sent the stuff back 2 weeks ago but I'm still waiting on my money back!!! They've tried delaying this by asking for proof of return label etc I've sent everything they asked it's not like it was just a small amount of money I spent £70 and want my money back !! And looking at other reviews now I can see I'm not the only one having bother getting a refund!! Save your money and don't buy from Katch Me they're scammers!!!

DONT BUY

Bought an outfit from here which surprisingly came on time. The quality was quite poor and I emailed to ask for the returns form/details. This was last week, and I was asked if I wanted a 15% refund, to which I rejected immediately and pressed for the returns address. I have emailed four times now. Long story short, I'm still waiting for details so I can return the items before the return deadline closes.At this point, I'm going to report this as fraud to my bank. Don't buy from here.

Do not use 1 month delivery/ 2 month refund

Ordered around £150 of dresses in bulk.

Took around 4 weeks to arrive and majority of the clothes were bad quality or absolutely nothing like the pictures.

Had to chase for about 2 weeks just to get the refund label via their email along with chasing for a further 4 weeks to get any correspondence for the money back.

Make sure to return with signed delivery and keep your receipt - they even try and get away with querying the weight of your parcel so keep details somewhere safe.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

NO ITEMS OR REFUND - AVOID

Ordered July 17th, with a dispatch email sent the following day with the sketchiest looking tracking website that i couldn’t make it out what i was actually looking at , the royal mail tracking has said ‘expecting your item’ for nearly 4 weeks now , and the original sketchy tracking they sent me no longer works! Items were definitely poor quality…

Items were definitely poor quality although they did look as they do from the images I was disappointed overall. The returns process is a shambles - so you first need to contact them via email to ask where to send your return ? They emailed me back two separate times offering me discounts to keep the items I do not want ??! So this just delayed the entire process anyway. Once I got the details I made my return and waited 2.5 weeks with no update. I reached out, didn’t hear back so emailed again and sent a Insta message - nothing for days. Eventually over 3 weeks on I got a reply and my refund was processed but still .. the refunds process needs work for sure

Terrible company to buy from

Terrible company to buy from, items of clothing are incredibly see through. Shock horror, offered me several percentages of a refund and to keep the clothes. I sent the items back on recorded delivery and they’ve emailed back to say their warehouse hasn't received even though I’ve seen it delivered and signed for. Awful people running this company, I’ve read the reviews on here and similar cases of people never receiving refunds. How they can sleep at night knowing they’re stealing others money. This company won’t be along forever. I would put a complaint it with Trading Standards.

SCAM

If I could give zero stars I would
Please DO NOT use this site it is a SCAM
I put in 2 separate orders, the first one being just one dress which they messed up and sent me the wrong item
I had already ordered my second order before receiving the first. My second order had 4 or 5 items in it and arrived after quoted delivery date
It is very hard to navigate their website regarding returns and their policy is not clear at all
I read that I had 14 days to return, I emailed the company asking to return my first order only to be told i only had 3 days to email for a return and to keep the dress (that I actually never ordered)
I explained to them that they were at fault for sending the wrong item and provided evidence of their 14day return policy I had read on their website and they replied with a separate return policy.
I then emailed to return my second parcel within 1 day and their response was “keep the items and we will refund 15%” which is ridiculous.
I told them I wanted to proceed with a full refund and they then offered me 30%
After emailing back and forth, they sent through their returns address and I sent items away- only for it not be able to be delivered and it’s now lost.
They have no contact numbers or customer service.
This website is a SCAM
this also happened to a friend of mine at the same time.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Please do not order from this company, they will answer your messages until you want a refund. You have to email to get the return information but they will purposely not answer you until the timeline to return has passed meaning then they can only give store credit. I continuously argued this point until they said yes just this one time they will accept. So I returned the items just to never hear back from them again🤣. So I lost the original money, and the money to return the parcel to them and any potential store credit as they now refuse to answer any emails or instagram messages. Honestly a scam of a company. By the way, I didn’t keep the clothes as they were absolutely shocking! Awful quality, awful fit, please spend your money elsewhere

The WORST company.

If I could rate this company a ZERO I definitely would! They are brilliant with communication until you want to return your items for a full refund. Clothing is nothing like described and the material is almost as shocking as their customer service. I’ve practically given up with chasing my money back (over £100 so I want to save as many people possible from being scammed. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Since this review, I have received a message from katch me asking for me to contact their sales team, which I haven’t done as it’s just a generic message meant to continue their shoddy communication so it appears solve their issues. THEY DO NOT.

Katch me, you have all my details,tracking number and receipt for my order, why don’t you get YOUR sales team to email me instead.

Customer service…/order

The items I received were not the same as in the pictures and was made very poorly. I emailed them and were asked three times did I want to keep them and keep 15 percent of my money. Never again! This website is a scam! Why should I pay for shipping and handling when they are sending false items.

TERRIBLE RETURN PROCESS

I have been trying to return my items for nearly 2 weeks now, I sent the package back as they requested with Royal Mail tracking I paid for and a word document attached explaining exactly what items I will be returning, they did not message me to tell me that the items had been received and now I am getting very poor communication regarding my refund. Very bad service, they now have the returned items and I still have no refund.
