1/5 Stars – $378 Spent for a Product I Would Struggle to Value at $40
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I paid $303 for the jeans plus another $75 for shipping — $378 in total. After seeing and handling the product, I honestly cannot understand how this level of quality can command anything close to that price. In my personal opinion, the jeans are not worth more than around $40.
The material is particularly disappointing. It has barely any stretch and certainly does not feel or perform like genuine “4-way stretch” fabric as advertised. For a product positioned at this price level, the difference between the marketing and what actually arrives is extremely difficult to justify.
Then there is the alteration service.
I paid an additional $25 for the length alteration, specifically expecting a professional finish with the original hem retained and reattached. Instead, the original hem was completely removed, leaving what looks like a basic trouser-style cut.
For a $25 alteration on a $303 pair of jeans, this is simply unacceptable. I could have achieved essentially the same result myself at home without paying anything.
There was also no clear warning during the ordering process that the alteration would involve removing the original hem and leaving such a basic finish. Had this been made clear, I would never have paid for the service.
The most frustrating part is the enormous gap between the price and the actual product. $378 including shipping, plus the alteration charge, for something that looks and feels nowhere near a premium product.
This isn't a case of simply not liking the style. The quality, fabric, finishing and alteration are fundamentally inconsistent with what I expected from a product at this price.
For me, this has been an extremely expensive mistake and a deeply disappointing customer experience. Based on what I received, I would strongly advise potential buyers to think very carefully before spending this kind of money.
