Highly recommend going to kcm clinic for surgery great staff. Martha is a excellent surgieon. Kim manager brilliant always there to aid and help. Been a few times in my own and felt safe. Taxi always there at airport to take to destination. If ur debating just go for it.

I attended this clinic for my 2nd attempt at vasectomy reversal surgery with the 1st attempt having failed in 2019, through my own fault I might add and not the surgeon. My wife and I are attending IVF at Parens in Krakow and following discussions with my urologist there regarding trying once again to reverse the vasectomy he recommended the KCM clinic.

I emailed the clinic shortly before Covid struck and closed everywhere for travel but a very nice and very helpful International Coordinator, Kim Adams responded and answered all of my questions, including providing a detailed breakdown of the costs involved. I was very impressed by Kim, her knowledge and patience was fantastic.

Once we were once allowed to travel I made arrangements to travel for the surgery and once again Kim provided all the answers. I decided against using the clinic's offer of a transport car to and from Wroklaw as it was quite expensive, instead I made my own way via the train which less than €7 each way. I selected a hotel which was 2 minutes walk from the clinic. Taxi from the train station was approximately €3.

I arrived in Jelenia Gora, a picturesque little mountain village on the Tuesday lunchtime and was immediately asked to attend at the KCM clinic for tests etc prior to surgery. I cannot stress enough how thorough KCM are in this regard as I was put through a battery of tests the rest of the day, roughly from 2pm until 8pm. Some of these tests I had never even heard of despite my working in healthcare. I was very impressed, cannot stress this enough. I actually had to Google what a Tomography scanner was but once again it was KCM being incredibly thorough.

I had my surgery on the Wednesday early afternoon and was kept in overnight to monitor everything. The nurse was in regularly throughout the night, changing my dressings, doing the normal blood pressure test etc. The language barrier was a little bit of a problem but Google translate came in useful for my and my nightshift nurse who was not only efficient but very friendly and just a lovely person. She came to say bye in the morning and I couldn't let her leave without a big hug. It makes such a difference when you have good nurses.

My surgeon came to check over everything and to inform how the surgery went and he was very positive about a successful outcome although only time will tell and I am well aware success rates for this type of surgery is quite low.

Overall I was very impressed and would certainly recommend KCM for surgery based on level of care, quality of service and value for money.

I would like to thank the coordinators, Kim, Sebastian and Christophe ( I hope the spelling is correct) , these people assisted, guided, translated when necessary and made my experience much easier. Thank you.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE , I had upper and lower eye surgery 2 weeks ago and I was basically butchered, not by the surgeon , she did her job that she said she was going to do , but due to Kim Adams incompetence by not telling me that I needed to be there a full 7 days post surgery to remove stitches, they proceed to remove my stitches on day 5 , this was so painful and my eyes were bleeding so the nurse had to press so hard on my eyes , this caused so much trauma that my eyes swelled up so bad I could not see , I had a meeting with Philip Pasler previous to this as I had said I do not want to go against the surgeons advice of 7 days but I could not change my flight home so they took the stitches out , I am just over 2 weeks post operation now and my eyes are lumpy swollen and look very small like the outer corners were stitched too much ,, I messaged Dr Marta on Instagram and she said she never gave Philip Pasler her approval to remove my stitches early so I was lied to by Philip, all KCM are bothered about is getting their payment, from the 1st talk with Kim was all lovely but after paying deposit she is not interested in anything you want to ask, then at clinic they were following me around with the payment machine all week I was refusing to pay till they sorted things out , I paid in the end because I just wanted to get home to be honest , would I go back again , not a chance .this clinic is on the bodge page on Facebook wish I had known this before hand , DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC PLEASE LISTEN TO ME , my friend is currently in hospital with a bad infection from her breast implant surgery , I had to put 1 star but I did not want to give it any just to add I had a stitch left in my eye and did not realise and got infection my friend had to pull it out , kcm have replied for me to contact them , I did this on a number of occasions with no response, they were great for bariatric surgery but I definitely would not use for plastic surgery I'm 7 months post operation now and my right eye did not have enough skin removed waste of money

I am currently in hospital with a complication. I contacted the aftercare team twice and it’s been 4 days and I have had no reply so I took it apon myself to go to the doctor who said I shouldn’t have waited this long but all I was waiting for was aftercare from KCM.
Not the best experience as when I was in my gown to go into surgery and after fasting for 12 hours I was told they didn’t have my breast implant size in stock! Why did they not check when I told them what I wanted the day before??
I found the coordinator kim was rude at times and once she has your deposit you don’t really here much from her even tho she is supposed to look after you thru the whole process.
When I told the nurses I was in pain they just stuck a needle in me… god only knows what it was??

I was for the first time in Poland and need had a surgery before. I had booked a gastric sleeve treatment. So I was a bit nervous of course, specially because I had to go alone. But the preparation was very good. Good and fast communication, it seemed like people worked very well together and u are in the centre. No worries. I felt like I'm in good hands. The night in the hotel was super, very nice room. Next day my pick up was not exactly in time, so the Surgeon actually (who also lived in the hotel) took me to the clinic. That was really nice, there was no uncomfortable distance between me and anybody. (Strange to drive with a person that would see u two hours later from inside.. hahaha :D )
So then in the clinic I got some last preparations and got put to sleep in the operation room. When I woke up I puked and (of course) some blood came out. I would have liked to know that before because that scared me a little bit. I wasn't ready for me puking blood. But that was it actually already.
then I stayed two days in my hospital room and only slept. The Nurse with the Necless with the flowers on top of the medallion with the short blond hair was very loving and caring. She was the night shift in my first night after the surgery. Danuscha? In any case she was like a mom, wich was very comforting because my mom just died and she gave my almost the feeling of being home. Even thought she didn't speak English or German. Big thank you for that! :)
The doctors have been very friendly and have been explaining what was necessary to know. In general the staff was very friendly.
Food well... there was non :D
Then came the only uncomfortable part. Two days after the surgery it was time for me to leave the clinic and I was sure I have one more night in the hotel. Obviously that wasn't so but nobody had spoken to me about my "leaving". So in fact i actually had no hotel and there was also no driver available, wich made me basically stand "on the street".
When I was a bit desperate sitting in the hall a Woman came from the organizers (Malwina I think) and took care of my problem. She was very friendly, engaging and supportive! She took me walking to a pharmacy round the corner where I could buy my after care medication, brought me back and organized a driver to the hotel and a free room for one night. She really saved me! <3
In total I felt very well treated before the operation but a little bit to easy after the operation.
A suggestion for future patience: I think the after care medication should be included and (or) in the clinic available. I also had already a needle in the hand where all sorts of stuff was transported into my blood- why not the first injection of Vitamins for the next three month?
I thought the guy that takes the videos would come one more time to show me what he filmed.
In total it was all fine and well organized. I lost eleven Kilo in the two weeks now and I have no problems. Would do it again any time. :) Thank you everybody.

I would highly recomend going the the KCM to have any surgery, the hospital is modern, clean, well staffed n well equipped. The surgeon n anaesthetist were experts in their field and i received thorough testing n excellant care from the nursing staff afterward, i felt very safe in their hands. Worth every penny, their prices are reasonable and their service is fantastic.

I was treated very well from the first day to discharge day.

Hospital is clean, surgical staff are wonderful and very caring as are the nurses and care coordinators. However language barrier from nurses looking after you before and after surgery can sometimes prove difficult. Rooms are very basic, TV has no English speaking channels, shower in very very tiny and the grounds the hospital are set in doesn’t seem to be what is advertised on their website.
I used the nurse call bell on 2 occasions both times it took the nursing staff and extremely long time and on the 2nd occasion I had a very embarrassing yet unavoidable accident in the bed which left me feeling very ashamed of myself and upset.
Overall would I go back…. Yes I probably would, but I would need to brush up on my polish and ensure I had a bed pan close by!!!

Support prior to arriving was fantastic, our driver was so lovely and kept in touch and let us know pick up times etc. The array of tests are very good and cover all areas, made me feel confident that everything was fine. Communication on the day of surgery could have been better I was all ready for surgery from 8:30am and didn’t go down until 18:30, which was frustrating and no one would give me an approximate time to go down. One nurse was so lovely and took such good care of me, she really nurtured me even though neither of us spoke each other’s language. Change of shift unfortunately brought one very rude nurse, who actually hurt me with her manhandling of my canular. Marta was brilliant and kept everything moving smoothly. The support of the dietician and the psychologist is also great. The lack of COVID health and safety was a concern, no equipment or rooms were cleaned between patients, very few staff wore masks or had them round their chin and very little evidence of extra cleaning. The clinic is not dirty though. The beds were so uncomfortable and left me in agony, I was pleased they were only for two nights. I was overcharged for my surgery, after being asked to pay the balance after being under anaesthetic and very tired. I am still chasing a refund despite notifying them on the same day, this has been over 3 weeks now. I have asked for a mangers contact or complaints form and have not been sent those details. Would I do it again, yes I would but disappointed in the after service

Staff friendly, clinic clean and comfortable and modern ,the procedure pre operation (scans, tests ) was meticulous as was post operation, the consultation with surgeon and staff were very informative regarding procedure and what you would experience so no unexpected surprises ! Operation/procedure was very efficient on the day , everything went to plan as told.
Would not hesitate in going back, nice location and town as well ... three months later very pleased with results and advice given on post op care. This op would have cost 2 to 3 times as much in UK
