The end product, our tent and table cover, were exactly what we asked for. The quality was better than expected. The price was more than reasonable. We highly recommend them.

Customer service and product were outstanding.

We have been blown away by KD Kanopy's customer service! We purchased a tent top from them and it started peeling within a year. I called our rep, Clint, about it and it turned out it was a bad batch of printing material so they replaced our tent top free of charge. They also did it very quickly. We got it in less than a week!

*NOTE* After discussing the situation outlined below, Kami at KD Kanopy immediately offered to remake the backdrop with the Velcro swatches correctly configured along the top and expedite it out to us for our trade show. This is wonderful news and completely unexpected over-the-top service. Thank you Kami and KD Kanopy! I really appreciate the attention and service. And the printing and material quality of the items we received is excellent.

The process for placing the order was very easy and the salesman was very helpful answering my myriad of questions. The 10' printed backdrop and table cover arrived in great time and the printing was excellent... However, the 10' wide backdrop has the velcro hanging swatches affixed along the 8' sides rather than the top! So I am going to have to use some other kind of clips to hang it. Not the end of the world, but a little frustrating.

Our sales person Olga was great to work with. We had a last minute order that she was able to get to us before our event. The tents are sturdy and helped us take our gameday atmosphere to the next level. Totally worth the investment.

Olga has been great to work with. She is quick to respond to requests and makes sure our products ship out in a timely fashion. The quality on the past few orders has been great. We had an issue with some fabric a couple of years ago and KD Canopy informed us of a recall and replaced everything with the corrected product.
