KD Shutters Reviews

My partner (was not keen to have shutters,) However, Nick was very understanding, showed my partner exactly how he intended to measure & ultimately fit the shutters. Discussed all the details & answered very professionally all the questions my partner raised.
On the due date for fitting Nick arrived promptly on time and quietly just got on with the job, (My partner can be difficult to please!) what impressed him most was Nicks confident & professional manner also being his own business he is focussed on providing a superb installation for the client. The shutters look amazing in our Bay windows, they are beautiful, making our 30s bungalow look a lot more modern.
We have no hesitation whatsoever in strongly recommending Nick, (that’s saying something from my partner!!!)

Mr Stack is in the process of installing shutters for all our remaining windows.

He is very reliable, efficient and genuine and we would thoroughly recommend him

From the very start Nick was professional, yet friendly and so helpful.. Weekly updates on our order and we were so lucky to have our shutters installed before Christmas which was the cherry on top! Would highly recommend!

Wow!!! I love my new shutter blinds, they have completely changed the look of my home. Nick was professional from the moment he came to see me, he provided honest, good advice with no hard sell jargon. I was kept up to date weekly by email on how my order was progressing. What more can I say? I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend KD Shutters.

Very impressed with my new blinds. They fit perfectly. Very good service and was kept informed from the sale to the installation. Would highly recommend.

Great service all round.
Well informed through the whole process from surveying, ordering to shipping to install.
Nick was courteous, professional and pleasant to have work within the home.

Would definitely use again and recommend.

We had a faultless service from Nick from start to finish. Great price and excellent fitting service. I could not recommend highly enough.

Great service, all delivered and fitted as promised. Nick was a clean and tidy workman. The Shutters are a good quality and look so much better than the net curtains they replaced. I would use KD again and have already recommended to a neighbour.

We recently had 5 shutters fitted by KD Shutters, we absolutely love them. Fantastic quality at a fantastic price. We were kept informed throughout from KD Shutters with regular emails. I would 100% use them again and would highly recommend.

Very happy with our shutters they let the light in when you want it & keep the dark & prying eyes out when you need it. We had 5 windows completed in less than a day & Nick cleared away any mess made & offcuts. 100% happy with the installation.

A faultless service from measuring through to ordering updates and final installation. All at an unbeatable price too! Very highly recommended.
Thank you Nick.

1st class introduction from Nick and product details during survey. Kept well informed on delivery of shutters via email confirmation on a weekly basis.

Installed as per Nick’s dates and times, installed at a very high standard. Was informed during install of any issues ,which were resolved by Nick.

Nick from KD Shutters provided a great service from start to finish. The initial visit and quotation was pleasant with no pressure to proceed. During the order process I received an update every week, and then a quick date for install once the shutters arrived. Overall, very happy with the service and fitting.

We recently had cafe style shutters fitted in our bathroom by KD shutters. We are very happy with the service provided and quality of workmanship. I had some reservation as to whether daylight would be restricted but this was not the case. Would definitely recommend.

KD shutters provide an excellent service. From giving the quote - at a time that suited me. I was kept fully informed through the whole process with weekly updates. Nick fitted the shutters with great efficiency. No fuss. The shutters look amazing. I’m so pleased with them. A great job. Thank you.

We are so happy 😊 with our new shutters they really look fantastic. From the first visit to quote for fitting into our two bay windows, up until installation we were impressed with KD Shutters'professionlism (Nick Stack) in particular was extremely helpful and updated us every week on progress. He did tell us at the outset that it might take up to 18 weeks, in fact that would be my only issue, that it did take so long but once they were installed, that detail was totally forgotten! Installation was quick and Nick made such a neat job. We would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. A great job!!

Great experience from start to finish. Shutters look great and have a very high quality finish, especially considering they are in a uniquely shaped bay window. Couldn’t be happier with them.

Excellent service from Nick throughout! Made it a very easy experience from getting a quote, ordering, making payment and installation, couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my shutters they look amazing.
