Great service from the team at Floor Warehouse. Have had my flooring down for over a year now and needed an extra box as I had some left over and wanted to do another room. They helped make sure the flooring batch matched and discounted delivery for me. Flooring is great, couldn't be happier with it.

Great service from the beginning. Emailed them queries got instant responses. Delivery was on the date specified and on time. Driver called beforehand and even helped unload. Had a bit of confusion on the size of the tubs for the wood glue ordered with the engineered flooring, but was rectified immediately with one of the sales rep coming to drop off personally.

Mark was absolutely wonderful once I had ordered, and arranged for a one-hour delivery slot, which made all the difference to me. He was ever so kind and kept me up to speed with the arrangements. Very happy with my purchase, Mark from sales upgraded my delivery to next day delivery for free! This was a great help as the builder gave us the go ahead on short notice and needed it before the weekend to allow the flooring to acclimatise prior to installation. Now its been installed and I am impressed by the quality and look.

Charge for 48hr delivery slot, dont turn up and refuse to return money. Be cautious.

Very reasonably priced, my floor gets non stop compliments. It’s a bit of a showstopper and gives off a warm glow when the light hits it. I have been asked if it’s original several times and it’s been very robust in terms of a busy, messy family life and lots of furniture being moved around. Prompt and helpful replies from the staff also make me highly recommend floor warehouse.

Special thank you to Jacob for allowing me to return leftover flooring boxes well outside the 30-day limit. I had explained my project had been delayed and I had the planks fitted 2 months after receiving it. Jacob was able to make an exception and still collect the goods for a refund. Great company to work with.

Special thanks to Mark from Sales. We needed the flooring urgently, and he offered to upgrade our flooring delivery to next day for free, so instead of getting it on Monday, we got it on Friday. Amazing customer service. we have looked at the oak herringbone planks, and it looks wonderful. Can't wait to get it fitted over the weekend.

I order engineered flooring regularly for my projects across the UK and usually use another known company, but have switched over to Floor Warehouse as they had some options that the others didn't have, and I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the product and will be using you guys much more.
