Absolutely terrible company!! Ignore customers when they have delivered broken flooring!! 2 coming up to 3 weeks no phone calls back ignoring emails!! I have a big house which I was planning on buying flooring for every room I still will but not from this absolute shambles of a company

Price for the products I purchased were very good. Unfortunately delivery was under par. Was given 3 different dates for delivery and they missed them all. Finally the products came a day earlier, but part of the products was missing. Had to reorder and wait another 10 days for them to arrive. Could do better.

Absolutely shocking company. Ordered flooring in may waited and wait only to be told they cant track orders so I had to wait for a call back . This back and forth happed for just over 2 months only to be told order was cancelled and they would red arrange the order so waited long and now nearly 3 months I created a visa dispute to get my money back as company emailed saying my order was delivered they hope Im enjoying my flooring 🤣🤣 where's the order because its not at my house

Wish I read the reviews first before buying from this shambles of a company! I placed an order for flooring via B&Q and it hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks!! I’ve been messed around continuously by these people and it’s ridiculous! The customer service is piss poor! You get told one thing and then they do another and expect you to keep waiting around for a delivery!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

First delivery wrong item was delivered then they was supposed to collect the wrong flooring & deliver the new one which they only collected then yesterday they delivered someone else’s order to me. There is no way of speaking to anyone the online chat works when it wants to absolutely terrible service.

REVOLUTION FLOORING - Fantastic flooring but abysmal service and delivery.
Revolution Flooring do not give compensation for consequential loss however, this did not worry me at first because this was a home project and only the family would be affected, the family have been very gracious to me as the flooring project seemed to go on forever. Giving Revolution Flooring the benefit of the doubt, I experienced over 36 days waiting for deliveries. This may seem incredible; the first delivery attempt came within 100 meters of my house, as shown by the tracking app, before it was abandoned. They did not call me on my mobile and yet still within the initial delivery window of 3 hours they rescheduled it for the following week, (forget about the customer rescheduling their day to be there for anticipated delivery). When the 4 packets came the following week, (12.5kg each), the ends were completely smashed and the boxes were damp at one end. The delivery was therefore rejected and so I had to wait for a new delivery for not only a complete new set of 4 boxes to be delivered but I now also have to build in scheduling part of another day for another courier to collect the 4 damaged boxes. I did receive the 4 boxes by another courier, this time it was on a pallet, a sensible solution. I did experience damage within one of these boxes of flooring but I took responsibility as they were stored in our hallway for some time and so they could have been damaged in our house. The end result was that I needed to order another single box, (cost more for transport than the flooring cost). I specifically requested that, based on my previous experience, that extra protection be put on the corners as bubble wrap proved insufficient and also that the delivery firm be made aware that it can’t be lowered onto it’s corners. Guess what when the single box came both ends of the planks were damaged, the delivery driver had lowered it onto its end on our front door step before he rang the bell, (to be fair it's natural to handle the package by lowering it onto its end because of its length and it’s 12.5kg weight). So yet again I'm in waiting mode for another delivery, I was told that "you will be notified by 7.00pm of the previous day with a 3 hour window for delivery" and I suggested that because of continuous problem with flooring being damaged that they send an extra box of flooring not only as a precaution but also in part as compensation for the incredible 36+ days delay, the 58+ emails and the days wasted waiting for “scheduled deliveries”. For the last delivery I did not get the notice the evening before and the next day when it was scheduled to arrive I ended up waiting 5 hours for the delivery of the new packet, this time this package arrived in good condition. However I am still waiting for the previous box of damaged flooring to be collected; and also I am waiting for my agreed additional box of flooring to be delivered. I have been waiting 2 weeks now for a repy to my last emails, I now accept that Revolution Flooring are ignoring me and so I feel it is necessary to forewarn others of the potential problems that they may experience with Revolution Flooring.
The other side of the coin is their product is amazing, I can highly recommend SPC click flooring, it will require a very even surface and an exactness to ensure there are no gaps between the SPC flooring planks, (I mean gaps must be less than the thickness of a bank note), very satisfying when it's down. Part of the reason for the success of the flooring product is that it is made up of stone particle content and as such has no wood fibres etc to swell and expand, (I kept a sample in a bucket for a week; absolutely no change ).
I just wish that their delivery and administration procedures had matched the quality of their product

Great experience. Very good value but more importantly great communication and you can actually speak to a real person! Spot on and out flooring looks fantastic.

Honestly cannot praise this company enough, patiently answered all my questions; samples arrived quickly and unlike many other companies were large samples which made it so much easier to imagine what the flooring would look like in situ. Initial order placed easily in March, used to do the sitting room, dining room and study. Liked it so much that decided not to carpet my hallway but instead to use this flooring. Order placed and I was kept updated as to when it would be delivered (out of stock at the time). Delivery was made yesterday - as per my text message. Haulier was very helpful getting the flooring into the house. I can't wait to get it installed. Will I be using them again? Absolutely their sales team were excellent, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Terrible company
They delivered to the wrong address and refused to pickup from that address for a week even though it was only 10 minutes away.
I asked for a refund and after three phone calls and discussions with promises to send it they never EVER did.
One excuse after another with this so called business.
The pay department missed it
The wrong department never emailed .
bla bla bla .....

The sales guy lied to me on the phone stating they was waiting for the returned item when it was still with the wrong address.
Do NOT use this company !
Customer service is TERRIBLE at least .
I only wish I had read the reviews first so
don't make the same mistake as us .

Worst experience. Placed original order in March, advised would be delayed until July. I was patient and agreed to proceed. Told last week that they would deliver 19th June…waited all day, no updates to ETA on delivery tracker despite email confirming this would happen. At 7pm reached out to company to confirm that no delivery had been received…email ignored. Called number on the customer services email, to be told they only deal with Sales and not Service and to email again. They emailed today to say that my delivery was delivered on Friday…where have you delivered it??? Please refer to my original email ! So frustrating. Live chat prompt/ no one available. Tel number incorrect for any help…and no flooring! Absolutely worst company I’ve used.
