The signing up process was easy and straightforward. I had a couple of queries before completing my application and spoke with Maurizio, who was very helpful and took his time to answer the queries I had. Great service from Maurizio and I would highly recommended Keebo

Denied even with £1500 clear in the bank (paid every Thursday) and wife paid on 28th of every month!!!

Joke for a 41 Yr old who has been in Education for the last 4 years.

Stop saying 'credit building' as if its a tangent, touchable thing; its a fictitious number you all graciously fall behind to say "it's not me, it's the computer"

Update.... apparently I got an email from 'head of customer services' saying my recent experience didn't warrant a 1 star, and it's very unfair!!! Also apparently, they wanted time to 'investigate the decision' so that's saying if you complain, they may change their minds on an automated response! Wowsers, steer clear, this is verging on loan sharking.... online provident 😆

Fantastic service from initial application right through to now while I'm using my card. Have contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful and were able to resolve my query quickly and efficiently. Would 100% recommend.

Keebo is a brilliant service. I applied not expecting much as I have bad credit and felt like I was in a never ending cycle of not being able to improve. I was accepted very quickly using open banking and was given a credit limit of £400 which I wasn’t expecting at all. The application process is quick and easy and the card was with me within a week of applying.

The app is cool and enables you to easily keep track of everything and earn points by making purchases and repaying on time.

Customer service is also very good. I emailed at the the beginning of my application and they replied within the next day.
And I used the live chat and was connected within seconds. Rita was my advisor who was very helpful and friendly.

Overall Keebo is a fantastic company who have flipped the script on lending. I’m very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone who’s in a similar position to myself. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Excellent customer service and excellent product. Very innovative. Helpful for people that have a limited credit file as it provides them with a good credit limit based on their actual financial standing. This is done through Open Banking. This is very innovative.

Keebo is very good, it was very easy to set up. I especially love the repayment options bank transfer to clear your balance in seconds even the live chat very quick and responsive Rita was great.

Great experience. Awaiting card. But the application was quick and no credit check delays. Straight to business 👍 Low credit limit of £500 compared to some cards I have at £2000 but by far the best feature is guide on how to increase credit limit with points.

I love the concept behind KEEBO - it's exactly what we should be taught in schools! The onboarding process was so simple and quick. The app is very useful too with articles relating to credit and all information really easily accessible. The new feature "Grow" is helping me to better understand how credit works and how to use credit responsibly - an amazing concept!

Customer services were at hand to answer all of my queries promptly and were super friendly and helpful.

KEEBO seems like a very exciting and upcoming new credit company - looking forward to seeing what's next for them and what they have to offer!
