I've now placed three orders with Keep and Kind. There was an issue with the bag I bought in my first order in autumn 2025, but the owner was incredibly apologetic and friendly, and responded straight away. She an immediate collection and replacement that arrived in plenty of time for the holiday I'd planned to take it on. I was really impressed with how quickly and kindly everything was handled.

Since then, Keep and Kind has become my go-to whenever I'm considering a new Baggu item or pair of A.Kjaerbede sunglasses. They have a great selection, their prices are very competitive (with regular discounts!), and I'm consistently impressed by their customer service.

Have placed my second order for a Baggu from Keep and Kind as their service is excellent.
The first Baggu is still in great shape - used everyday as a handbag. Saw a new style that will be great as a carry on bag when flying and it's in a beautiful cherry red.
I placed the order this morning and have already received confirmation and tracking info.
I live in Ireland and I'm very careful who I buy from as I need to make sure I don't get charged additional import/customs charges.

Keep + Kind a few times now and their customer service is honestly exceptional! I’d been ill recently and lost track of days for ordering a bag and some accessories forgoing on holiday. I contacted on the off chance if there was any way they could get my items to me with a quicker delivery type as (totally my fault) I’d left it a bit late and was aware my items would now probably arrive too late for my holiday. Samantha went above and beyond also absorbing extra costs to get my items to me on time and I couldn’t be more grateful. A wonderful small business that I highly recommend and one that helped so much in that stressful moment! Thanks again!!
