Really disappointing. I ordered for my 2 year old son. I should have read the reviews, there is Notting in there that is suitable for his age. A sticker book of the avengers and a small toy car.
I could have made my own for less money from the pound shop which is were most of this looks like it has come from.
Really disappointed a refund will be requested.

Really disappointed. Ordered a large pack for boys ages 1-3.

Pictures are extremely misleading, what turned up was a small pile of pound shop tat choking hazards. Absolute rip off. Really wish I had read the reviews before wasting £30

The pack is full of pound shop tat that certainly doesn’t amount to £30. I haven’t used this for my travel yet but would be shocked if my child is entertained by any of the items in the bag. I ordered for a 2.5 girl who is very girly and most items are gender neutral or not what I would say are for girls

The age-specific 1-2 year pack was perfectly tailored to our daughter's developmental stage. Everything from the reusable sticker books to the small toys kept her engaged for hours. I was genuinely amazed at how thoughtfully curated the items were - each toy was airplane-friendly, compact enough for the tray table, and genuinely interesting to our little one. The convenient storage bag kept everything organized and easy to access during those critical "about to meltdown" moments.
If you're traveling with small children, I cannot recommend this product enough. It's worth every penny for the peace of mind and happy travel memories it creates. Our only regret is not discovering it sooner!

If I could put 0 stars I would, ordered a large pack for my 16 month old son, paid extra for age specific and the contents were very disappointing very poor quality and not age specific. This cost over £30 with delivery on top and the contents probably add up to £15 - hardly anything in the bag and most of it is tat.

Nothing like as stated on the website. contacted them for a refund however not hopeful of that happening. Will not be ordering again and will be telling friends not to either.

I ordered 4 packs for kids who are aged 3, 6, 7 & 10. Three of the packs for my youngest ones were amazing and simply brilliant. Definitely helped out with not having to go and find all these items myself even though it might have been cheaper I preferred the convenience. The oldest pack I received was a bit young for my son so I reached out to customer service and they sent replacement items right away which were much more appropriate. Not really understanding some on the comments saying customer service wasn’t helpful. All in all I had a wonderful experience and my little ones enjoyed it even more. Will be a returning customer come the summer time!

We received the sensory pack for my 18 month old. There is so much included in this bundle and my toddler loves everything that’s inside and has hours of endless fun. Would definitely recommend these for sensory seekers.

I ordered 3 packs. One was for my 9-10 year old daughter. The items I received in this pack were terrible. Things like a maths workbook for 6 year olds, pirate colouring book and a Dora the explorer sticker book that looked like it was a 3 year old. Only 1 item from the bag can be used by her. The other bags weren’t amazing but at least relevant for the children’s ages. I reached out to customer service and was merely told it’s ‘pot ‘luck’. Why ask people to give you the name and age and then give things which are completely useless for the age that’s been given! Happy to take customers money but not actually respond to customer’s concerns.

Vishal and the team have been super. The products are fantastic and the new self inflating planepal model is a gamechanger! Essential website for parents!

We ordered this bag before a 17-hour flight and it was literally a lifesaver! Our 2-year-old toddler was not only kept entertained throughout the flight, but has been enjoying the pack for our entire trip! Highly recommend!

What an absolute life saver! We ordered these packs last minute before our trip to Florida and my little one loved it! Especially the marvel coloring book and the maze game. 10/10 would recommend

My children have been bought these before about 4 years ago which were brilliant. My youngest is 8 so I ordered a 9-10 year old pack. When it arrived it was more suitable for a 5 year old with spellings for 5-6 year olds! I contacted the company as I thought I’d simply been sent the wrong pack but they insisted it is correct and offered me 10% refund and 10% off my next order. Considering I probably won’t order again I simply asked them to send me out some ‘age appropriate’ bits to pop in the pack. Again, the pack arrived with a spelling book for 6-7 year olds and certainly not £20 odd pounds worth of goods. I fear this company has lost its way.

I'm glad I only bought one bag. What it contained was not worth what I paid for it. It also contained a toy with water which I think is not allowed on a airplane. There were no snack and there are toys in there for boys.

Received 2 bags today for my grandchildren aged 2 and have to say that for the price £27.99 each I was disappointed with the contents. The bag is cute but the contents are really cheap and very overpriced. I thought there would be more things in them so will be adding more items myself

Would give zero stars if possible. Awful customer service. Advertise with snacks
But no snacks sent. Cheap and age inappropriate toys and duplication of cheap tat. Customer service don’t care. Avoid at all costs. Cheaper to create a fun bag yourself.

Horrific company and customer service. Ordered a bag, told my step-mum who advised she had already put a bag together for my daughter. I emailed within TWO minutes of ordering requesting to cancel, the order was still shipped. Upon receipt I opened the bag and saw it was full of cheap rubbish and grossly age-inappropriate items so further requested a refund. I have since emailed a further 3 times and each time I have been told it has been escalated bit i've heard nothing back. Utterly appalling, don't waste your money, you could put together a much better selection for lower cost from the supermarket.

I’d give 0 stars if it was an option and I’m sure this company is skirting the law on the right to refund.

Have requested a refund several times now and communication is slow and reluctant to give a refund, even though items are in exactly the same condition as when they were sent.

Items in the bag are pretty bad too - small and not age appropriate.

Save your money. Head to B&M and Amazon instead

Totally ridiculous selection of toys suggested for a flight. I purchased 2 packs for my daughters ages 5. Not only was it all tat some of the items included, a bat and ball, sticky men to throw at a wall, a yo-yo. Not at all appropriate for a flight. These bags cost £60 which I feel was a total rip off!! Never again! I’ve tried to contact the company but after 15 emails I’m no further with a refund.

Like everyone on there I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

The contents of the bags are not only complete cheap tat but they are also not age or gender appropriate. I got an organiser for my 2 year old and a pink and purple bracelet for my 3 year old boy.

They refuse to give a refund unless you push and then make you pay ridiculous restocking fees and want you to send back at your own cost.

As I am, I would highly urge all these people with similar experiences to report them to trading standards. They also delete honest comments off of social media and block you - absolute scam do not be hooked in!

Would give 0 stars if I could and will continue to review until I receive my refund. After weeks of back and forth to the customer service team about the cheap rubbish that was sent in the pack that was not age appropriate, I finally was told I could get a refund. I posted the pack back (at my own cost) and it was delivered on the 29th November.

I have emailed several times about my refund and they have not replied and I have not received it. DO NOT buy from this company.
